Wow this place was fantastic! I have been wanting to try this pizza and was finally in the area so we went in for lunch. There was only one woman working but she made our pizzas quickly and took good care of our group! I really need to come back and try their deep dish pizza, because I was not a fan of the thin crust Chicago style pizza. I did like the taste of the sauce but the cheese could've been better. The crust was the worst part, just bready and chewy. I'm not a fan of that specific slice, but it feels unfair to not try their deep dish as well. I'll be coming back! read more

Finally, actual Chicago deep dish pizza. In Orem too. That's where I live. It will be regular for me. They have tavern style too. And, they have Italian beef. We used to have a place in Draper that did Chicago stuffed pizza, but that's not true deep dish. Growing up in Chicago, every year we'd go to work with Dad and he worked near Pizzeria Due. We'd also go there for lunch. It was a treat to go there. For those who have been there in the last 30 years, it's not the same place, so to speak. In the 60's it was dark, quiet, men in suits, and a real coat check room with the coat check girl. Anyway. This is the real thing. It's just missing beer. Listen... I grew up with a different brand of Chicago style pizza so I knew going into this restaurant that I was going to be a tough sell. Walking in the atmosphere was clean and inviting, and we were promptly greeted by the owners. They were so sweet and it took such amazing care of us. At one point one of our pizzas was made incorrectly, and they not only brought out the incorrect pizza but a new one that was correct. We had a lot of pizza! (no one was complaining!) Spoiler alert: I'm converted. 100% converted! There's something for everyone: thin crust, medium crust (double dough), and also the famous Chicago deep dish. We tried them all! I personally loved the Chicago deep dish, my husband loved the double dough, and my parents loved the thin crust. The fettuccine Alfredo was so yummy. So many people are fans of Rosati's Pizza and hail their opening in Orem. They call it a piece of home on the Wasatch front. I love thin crust and I loved ours last night. The staff and owners couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. We customized our pizzas and couldn't have been more happy with a fresh garlic option. If they don't have an option you are looking for, just ask. They have added hints from home with a brick wall, lit Chicago sign, and a cool grey and white swirled floor. My wife and I visited during Black Friday. Excellent pizza and warm, family-friendly ambience. Owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful with our order since it was our first time visiting. I suggest trying their thin crust pizza; unlike most thin crusts pizza you will find around this area, this one was cooked to perfection with just enough crisp and crunch to prevent any sogginess. Was sooo looking forward to this new location, as I love the one in AZ and order pizza from there whenever I go, but I must say.. this location just didn't level up. WAY too much cheese..and I love cheese, but not when there is more cheese than crust. Also, I know they are new, but when they tell you it'll be 45 minutes and then you get there 45 minutes later and wait another 20..yeah, not a good experience. I might give them another try but with how expensive the pizza is (we paid almost $65 for 2 pizzas and breadsticks).. I don't know when that'll be. Bummed. read more
