And to top it all off, we always have a fabulous free dessert for our birthdays! Thank you wingers !! You Rock!!! we love Garrett as a server . It was his first day and he was so sweet and trying to do everything the best he could to make sure we were taken care of .

I am used to going to the Vernal Wingers and have been to other locations. The difference in vibe…read moreand customer service was crazy. It felt almost as if it was a completely different company. The Orem location feels more like a diner than a restaurant experience. If you are looking for a restaurant vibe this Orem location is not it. Server seemed quite annoyed he had to do basic things for us. Never asked to refill drinks. Finally had to flag him down to ask for water. Food was not Good. Items I have ordered many times in the past at other Wingers. Wish I took photos. Buffalo cauliflower was more scraps and barely covered in the buffalo sauce/ crispy fried batter. Mostly white with hints of orange. Spicy Mac and cheese was absolutely inedible with how much spicier it was compared to other locations. We took it home to give to my son and husband who order it often. They also could not eat it. Other items we ordered were also just off. Felt sloppy. I took someone here to lunch because I know other locations are great. Very disappointed. I wish I chose a different restaurant. Will not be back to this location ever.

She helped walk us through the menu as our eyes were too teary. Our adopted son had a great time as his cheesesticks were very yummy. Would come again. First time here and it was decent! We liked that it was an order and sit down restaurant…read more The service was just okay. The two works at the cash register seemed to care more about talking to each other than the customers. Especially because we shared it was our first visit and asked for recommendations. They were vague and not super helpful but that's okay. The unlimited salad bar was a little underwhelming. Some of the toppings seemed not very fresh and like they had been sitting out for a few hours. I also wish they had spinach as a lettuce option. I also wish they had hard boiled eggs, ham/chicken, bacon, etc. it would be more worth the price. I don't I would get this again unless they added some better items. The small plate is not worth $10. The garlic knots were nice and cheesy. They were very fresh and a nice starter. We both wished they had more seasoning/garlic. It tasted more like just the butter and cheese. If I order garlic knots, I want and expect, a lot of garlic. The chicken bacon pizza we ordered was nice and fresh. It didn't have a lot of cheese though and the ranch (which was the sauce) needed some more flavor. It had decent flavor overall, but with more cheese and seasonings, it would be better. The crust/pizza bread itself was delicious! I would definitely come back and the pepperoni pizza to give them a second chance!

Wingstop is one of those places that tries to sell you on the idea of being some kind of wing…read morehaven, but it's just a greasy, overpriced mess. Let's start with the wings: they're often dried out, overcooked, and lacking any real flavor depth. The sauces? Don't get me started. Half of them are either too salty or taste like something you'd dip your fries in at a discount food court. I'm supposed to believe these are gourmet wings when they barely pass as edible? It's like they've figured out how to sell you something that looks good in commercials but fails miserably once you actually bite into it. And don't even talk to me about the prices. Paying nearly $15 for a small order of wings that are often bland or burnt is a joke. You could get better wings at a dive bar for half the price and have a better overall experience. But at Wingstop, you're not just paying for lackluster food, you're paying for the privilege of waiting forever to get it. The service is always a mess--orders get mixed up, the staff is usually clueless, and you'll find yourself sitting there watching the clock tick away as you wonder if you accidentally walked into some sort of cruel experiment on customer frustration. Honestly, Wingstop is a prime example of a brand that got lucky on hype and never bothered to back it up with quality. It's the kind of place that leaves you wondering if you've been scammed. No amount of flashy marketing or a 20-page sauce list can cover up the fact that, in the end, Wingstop is a glorified fast food joint serving up mediocre wings with zero personality. You can do better.

It's time to "fuggedaboutit"--and yes, I'm talking about this restaurant…read more Last week they delivered a pizza that was cold and burnt on the bottom. This time, I can hardly believe they even put it in a box (see picture). I'd consider eating there, but the tables are never clean and the staff comes off as indifferent. To make matters worse, they start asking everyone to sit on one side of the restaurant hours before closing--while all the tables are still dirty. The saving grace used to be the pizza--it was genuinely delicious. Now that's gone downhill too... so yeah, I'm officially at "fuggedaboutit." My original review: "Without a doubt, the best pizza in the city--and you can even buy it by the slice!"

My post is going to be mostly complaints...but the pizza is good…read more If you read other reviews of this location, they will talk about customer service and competence of the front-end staff. Those issues have merit. So much of a diner's experience comes down to the impact of management. Lucy's would be better off if it were take-out only. The 30 mins I was there I didn't see one employee tend to a table or clean, anything. They had time to yak and come out to get re-fills at the fountain. The last few times I've ordered, the girl at the register is minimally capable and it affects the experience. Why don't I just get it to go? Because real pizza eaters understand the experience is not the same once the pizza hits the box. The pizza consistency is linear. Good, not great. Thin, floppy the larger the size. The small salad was $4+. Not worth the value. The cleanliness is bothersome. It's happening to most businesses. Employees don't know how to clean and they don't want to. Managers don't want to manage...that. It could change in a day if the manager wanted, or cared.
