Finally, actual Chicago deep dish pizza. In Orem too. That's where I live. It will be regular for me. They have tavern style too. And, they have Italian beef. We used to have a place in Draper that did Chicago stuffed pizza, but that's not true deep dish. Growing up in Chicago, every year we'd go to work with Dad and he worked near Pizzeria Due. We'd also go there for lunch. It was a treat to go there. For those who have been there in the last 30 years, it's not the same place, so to speak. In the 60's it was dark, quiet, men in suits, and a real coat check room with the coat check girl. Anyway. This is the real thing. It's just missing beer. Thank you for coming to Utah County.

Listen... I grew up with a different brand of Chicago style pizza so I knew going into this restaurant that I was going to be a tough sell. Walking in the atmosphere was clean and inviting, and we were promptly greeted by the owners. They were so sweet and it took such amazing care of us. At one point one of our pizzas was made incorrectly, and they not only brought out the incorrect pizza but a new one that was correct. We had a lot of pizza! (no one was complaining!) Spoiler alert: I'm converted. 100% converted! There's something for everyone: thin crust, medium crust (double dough), and also the famous Chicago deep dish. We tried them all! I personally loved the Chicago deep dish, my husband loved the double dough, and my parents loved the thin crust. The fettuccine Alfredo was so yummy. The sauce was a little sweet, and I loved that there was chicken in it as well. Bonus points that there are amazing desserts too! Cannoli? Yes, please!

So many people are fans of Rosati's Pizza and hail their opening in Orem. They call it a piece of home on the Wasatch front. I love thin crust and I loved ours last night. The staff and owners couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. We customized our pizzas and couldn't have been more happy with a fresh garlic option. If they don't have an option you are looking for, just ask. They have added hints from home with a brick wall, lit Chicago sign, and a cool grey and white swirled floor. The only other thing I asked was, "where's the tiramisu?!?" It looks so good on the website and social channels. Don't let the locals scare you from bringing it in, WE WANT IT

The two works at the cash register seemed to care more about talking to each other than the customers. Especially because we shared it was our first visit and asked for recommendations. They were vague and not super helpful but that's okay. The unlimited salad bar was a little underwhelming. Some of the toppings seemed not very fresh and like they had been sitting out for a few hours. I also wish they had spinach as a lettuce option. I also wish they had hard boiled eggs, ham/chicken, bacon, etc. it would be more worth the price. I don't I would get this again unless they added some better items. The small plate is not worth $10. The garlic knots were nice and cheesy. They were very fresh and a nice starter. We both wished they had more seasoning/garlic. It tasted more like just the butter and cheese. If I order garlic knots, I want and expect, a lot of garlic. The chicken bacon pizza we ordered was nice and fresh. It didn't have a lot of cheese though and the ranch (which was the sauce) needed some more flavor. It had decent flavor overall, but with more cheese and seasonings, it would be better. The crust/pizza bread itself was delicious! I would definitely come back and the pepperoni pizza to give them a second chance!

The service was excellent and friendly. For the ambiance of the restaurant it was clean and not a single issue can be spotted. I would definitely be coming back here again. My post is going to be mostly complaints...but the pizza is good…read more If you read other reviews of this location, they will talk about customer service and competence of the front-end staff. Those issues have merit. So much of a diner's experience comes down to the impact of management. Lucy's would be better off if it were take-out only. The 30 mins I was there I didn't see one employee tend to a table or clean, anything. They had time to yak and come out to get re-fills at the fountain. The last few times I've ordered, the girl at the register is minimally capable and it affects the experience. Why don't I just get it to go? Because real pizza eaters understand the experience is not the same once the pizza hits the box. The pizza consistency is linear. Good, not great. Thin, floppy the larger the size. The small salad was $4+. Not worth the value. The cleanliness is bothersome. It's happening to most businesses. Employees don't know how to clean and they don't want to. Managers don't want to manage...that. It could change in a day if the manager wanted, or cared.

It's time to "fuggedaboutit"--and yes, I'm talking about this restaurant…read more Last week they delivered a pizza that was cold and burnt on the bottom. This time, I can hardly believe they even put it in a box (see picture). I'd consider eating there, but the tables are never clean and the staff comes off as indifferent. To make matters worse, they start asking everyone to sit on one side of the restaurant hours before closing--while all the tables are still dirty. The saving grace used to be the pizza--it was genuinely delicious. Now that's gone downhill too... so yeah, I'm officially at "fuggedaboutit." My original review: "Without a doubt, the best pizza in the city--and you can even buy it by the slice!"

No one did any cleaning or table service the whole time I was there. They had time for soda from the fountain machine, but not sanitation.
