I'm surprised it's taken me so long to try MOD Pizza since I've lived in the area for quite awhile. Especially since the location of this shop is perfect with easy access right in the heart of American Fork and plenty of parking. I especially noticed how friendly the staff was and how they hopped right into gear when we walked in even though we came in right after the lunch rush had died down. That might have contributed to the state of the dining area as it felt a little "beat up" or worn down even though there wasn't any obvious trash or mess left out, it just felt a little less tidy overall. I don't think the pizza was as good as many of the other options in the area but I appreciate that they have a build-your-own option because I like to stack my pizza with toppings. They were even able to get my two friends and I through the line quickly and we didn't have to wait long at all for our pizzas to be ready. Ultimately I had a good experience here and I'd recommend it for a quick bite if you're craving pizza. I think I'll probably go a little out of the way for other options but that's just me being picky about my pizzas.

Mod pizza is definitely worth a try if you have always wanted to make your own pizza. I like to start with the extra spicy marinara sauce then go for a bed of spinach to meet my greens requirements. I then proceed to add mushrooms, sausage, canadian bacon, pepperoni, salami, red onions, and corn. Topped off with asiago and parmesan cheese. If you don't like it you have no one to blame but yourself. Bellisima !

A pizza cooked to order, that's done in just a few minutes, with all the toppings you want, for just over $10? Too good of a deal for it to be good? No. It's awesome. What would cost me over $20 at pretty much any other pizza place, is just over $10 here, and its faster, and they have that dope blackberry lemonade. All of the sauces, toppings, cheeses and finishing sauces make it a great way to try a bunch of stuff without going poor. I like the hot honey finish, sausage and ricotta. Don't go to Blaze or Midici, come here. Its better.

This was not only the slowest mod I've ever been to, but it was also one of the slowest build-as-you-go-down-the-line restaurants I've ever been to! I absolutely love mod but waiting 25 minutes to order with a super normal sized line is just unacceptable. The employees just worked so incredibly slow and were a mixture of apathetically careless and what you would expect from a good, average worker. Even though the location's service is so terrible, the ingredients, ease of customization, and speed of baking was as you would find at any mod- absolutely terrific. There are so many topping choices, and you can always request a little more of this, or just a little of that. Plus, getting your pizza in a box is so helpful and efficient in use of materials. When they give you your pizza at the end when it's finished baking, you can get a number of sauces drizzled on top and some to dip like ranch, which I love. My husband always gets pesto put on top which adds such a unique and fresh taste!

Wow! In summary: my number one choice for Pizza in Utah County. 5x better than blaze or Midci and an excellent place for your friends with Celiac or lactose intolerance. Try their BBQ or seasonal pumpkin. With a setup similar to Subway and Cafe Rio, these pizzas are made to order in front of you. I suggest starting with one of their signature pizzas, but feel free to add more toppings as their toppings do not cost extra. No that's not a typo. Extra toppings don't cost extra here. For example, I chose the seasonal pumpkin pizza made up of: pumpkin purée, Canadian bacon, hot peppers, arugula, balsamic fig reduction; but then I chose to add chicken and sweet potato. So delicious! Not only are extra toppings free, they are also not stingy with them the way other places are such as Blaze pizza (see my other review). At "other places" additional toppings were applied so sparingly that sometimes they would only be on one of my slices. At Mod they've struck a nice balance between adding plenty of the requested topping while spacing it out well to end up on each slice, but not overpower other toppings. At other places (such as Blaze or Midici) i received a flat bread with minimal sauce, minimal toppings and minimal flavor. MOD was refreshingly the opposite of this. MOD's regular and gluten free crust recipes trounce the competition. At Blaze and Midici I spent twice as much money (ordering two pizzas) and left hungry, but one MOD pizza filled and satisfied me. In fact, the second time I visited MOD I even took some of my pizza home. Note: during my second visit I added two extra toppings one of which was chicken. In general this place operates on a much higher level than Blaze or Midici pizza. While the setup looks deceptively similar, MOD's recipes are better, their ingredients tastier, and they are less stingy with toppings!

I've learned my lesson. When you go to a pizza place, get pizza. I got the salad. While they were generous with the toppings, the salad itself was pretty small. Now, when it comes to pizzas, these guys are awesome. You can pick whatever toppings you want and create your own, FOR THE SAME PRICE!! That's unheard of. Plus, the crust has a great chew with good flavor. But learn from me and stick with the pizza.

They had one person making pizzas and checking people out for in-store customers. I waited in line for 45 mins to order a pizza. Soooo slow

Hello carbs? It's me again ;) I've been waiting to try this place and it did not disappoint! I'm so…read moreglad I was in the area with some free time to be able to stop by, especially since it wasn't busy at all when I got there. Very polite staff, greeted upon entering. Staff continued to work while we (party of 2) checked out the menu and immediately popped back over once we were ready without complaint. Order: Dozen cheese doodles with ranch - So good! Fluffy, garlicky and good amount of cheese. Definitely glad we got a dozen. Alfredo pizza - the crust was soft/not burnt, evenly spread toppings. There was a couple red onion slices that were a bit too big for me, but that's not something that would stop me from ordering this pizza again. I probably would have liked a little bit more crispy crust as well. All meat calzone - filled to the brim and served with ranch. So good! I hate when calzone are more dough then filling and this did not have that problem. Pretty clean dining area, small crumbs here and there. Our table didn't have a napkin holder so I took it from another table. It was pretty empty so we didn't take it from another patron's table. Refillable sodas - Coke products. They also have Farr ice cream here. To go boxes available on the side so you don't have to stop a staff member to ask for one. Definitely will be back!

Went here to try out some gourmet pizzas. I immediately saw their advertising for their pizza rolls…read morethat they are "known for" so I ordered a few to try. The cashier recommended the chicken bacon ranch pizza so I added some balsamic to it. My husband got a crustless option, a protein bowl. The flavor of my pizza was yummy, but the best part was the crust was very soft and fluffy. I really like how they had a ton of options, like protein bowls and cauliflower crust. The breadsticks rolls were nothing special, description said it has cheese and garlic in it but I barely tasted it. they were yummy but bland. The restaurant is very clean and is very modern. I liked the color and style of it. The pizza came quick, no complaints about the service. Overall it didn't blow me out of the water but there was nothing wrong with my experience so I will give it a 4.
