We live just around the corner from Marco's. We absolutely love this place. We usually order the pizza and chicken nuggets. The sandwiches are the bomb as well. My husband orders an Italian sandwich which he customizes it so it is just the way he likes it. We have a club house in the back and they are so good to come to the back with our order. First time here. So Thursday we ordered out for lunch- the deluxe topping, small size pizza. It was so good that I ordered it the next day for dinner. They work hard here. It was a Friday night and it was extremely busy! There were only three people working; two were making the pizzas and one was pulling them out of the oven and one just walked in from deliveries... and I FEEL for them. Stressful! Maybe they were just short staffed because it was a Friday night, but the employees were busting their rears and deserve some praise. First you should know what you are ordering, trying something different or new from a place that is trying to be cost effective yet tasty isn't place where you order the "chefs choice menu" So the let's talk pepperoni ... I can't think of another place at this price point that offers old world or aged pepperoni! And no extra charge! So if you love pepperoni like I do the then the magnifico is amaze balls for your mouth! And the price is spot on! On another note family and friends can vouch for salads and the meatball bake, which is a must have but not as cost effective but tasty! All and all I like this place and my only wish is that they would do a ready to take pizza option when you are in a rush especially on days like Friday and Saturday night! Is it the best pizza ever? No. But it's really good and it's a LOT better than anyone else in the area. And they deliver on Sunday which is a HUGE bonus. Plus their drivers are courteous, the service is fast and it tastes SO much better than Dominos or Papa Johns. marco's is a pretty big hit or miss from us & has been since it opened a couple years back, however we're finally figuring out what's good here! my husband & i have always not really cared for their pizzas when we ate red meat & chicken, but now that we've eliminated them both from our diets, i'm realizing that the garden pizza here is actually very good. my husband tried it out a few weeks back when his boss got it for lunch at work for him. he's normally not a marco's fan but he really liked it & wanted to try it again. i tried to order it online a couple weeks ago but ordered a deluxe on accident & the store couldn't do anything to help out, so we picked off the meat but ended up tossing it anyways since the meat made the cheese & veggies super sweet & greasy (barf). tonight i finally tried the veggie & really enjoyed it, more than i thought! it does need a little extra oomph, so next time i will add banana peppers or something. i got a free cheesy bread as well for completing a survey & it was a lot better than its been in the past! they have a pretty good rewards system so price is always pretty low, & it's less than 5 minutes away from me so i can alway easily come pick it up rather than pay more for delivery. the staff is not the best but they're mostly all young kids, high school & college aged, which is pretty typical for pizza chains. i'm becoming more of a fan, just hope the consistency will stick! read more

The pizza is good. Staff is friendly, never had an issue with any of them. This Marcos is our regular go to pizza place. On hold from 6:55 PM until 15 minutes later at 7:10 today, May 29th, at the Cedar Hills location, after listening to your same message every 30 seconds "thank you for patiently holding - someone will be right with you!" There are many good Pizza places to choose from in my area. When a delivery driver finally answered to take my order, I asked him what he thought a reasonable time for a customer to wait on the phone hold to order a pizza was and he said, "I don't know." I said, I've been waiting over 15 minutes on hold! He said, "we're slammed, and need more workers." It gets worse. I used a flyer I received in the mail with coupons that had an expiration date of 5/31/19 clearly on the coupons. On the front of the mailer was an offer for Large 2-Topping Pizza for $8.99 use code PRIMO899". So I ordered that. "Sorry, that offer is no longer valid!" He said. What? All your other coupons on the mailer are valid yet this offer on the same flyer with no expiration date listed is no good? Ridiculous! What it gets even more worse. He pushes me to another more expensive offer of two 1 topping pizzas for $13.98. I give up. Even though it's just my wife and I, I agree to the additional $5 two pizza order. Wanted to really like this pizza. I ordered from DoorDash, and the pizza arrived hot, and fast. The pizza looked perfect. Took the first bite; and no sign of sauce. We ordered a very simple extra cheese, and black olive pizza. The rest of the ingredients were delicious, and fresh. The crust, amazing. I just can't get past the missing sauce. This is so much better than any of the "big chain" pizza places. Places like Dominos, papa Johns, Pizza Hut are cheaper and it is for a reason. Their pizza tastes cheap. Marcos is amazing. I do a build my own, with pepperoni, bacon and chicken, I also request it well done. I like a little but crispy crust. Do this for your next party or family dinner. Extremely quick delivery and on Sunday! You can't get good pizza anywhere in Utah on a Sunday except from Costco and it was too late to go there by the time we decided to order pizza. And of course they don't deliver. The pizza was really good. We got the large pizza melt. Double pepperoni and extra cheese. A small all the meats. And cheese bread. The cheese bread wss just ok. The others were really good. I might like to try the thin crust next time. Can't wait to try the Antipasto Salad and possibly a sandwich. Most pizza places in Utah County don't serve salads. Enjoyed a great pizza dinner last night thanks to Marcos. Delivery time was right on the dot with a cheerful delivery boy who's name I forgot. The girl who took my order I believe was Blake and she could not have been nicer and very patient as I ask many questions. We had an extra large half-and-half Hawaii and the other half a combination. The second pizza was gluten-free for our son who said it was the best gluten-free he had ever eaten. The family size salad serves six of us very well and was very tasty. Worst customer service ever!! I order a pizza to be delivered at 5 pm. The web site said it would be 90 minutes for delivery but that if I drove curbside it would be ready between 5:45pm and 5:54pm. So I changed my order to curbside. I tracked the pizza and at about 6pm I recieved a message that my pizza was ready. I drove there and responded on the app that I was at the curb. Nothing happened so I went in. There was a room full of people waiting for pick up. I asked the young man at the counter for my pizza. He looked on the "done" shelf and said my order was not there. A man who was waiting asked for his order. The employee said it wasn't there. The man asked how long until his order was ready but the employee ignored the man, who left the store. A few minutes later I asked the employee to check again because I had gotten a message on the app that my order was ready. The employee told me there was no order ready for me and no order in the oven for me. It was now 7:02 pm. The lady next to me got the same response when she asked about her order. I asked the employee if I could just cancel my order without being charged. The employee said I would just have to wait. I left. I have had pizzas from Marcos and the pizza is good. But not 2 hrs and $30 good. It's Saturday and pizza joints are busy, I get it. That was why I drove there. I won't do it again. And I won't bother with the GM after what I have now read in other reviews. I am going to get my money back. read more

So we have ordered pizza a few times before and love the proximity but today our experience ranked and we are certain to not return. We ordered 3 -12" subs and headed off on a picnic with our kids. Upon hauling all our stuff to the perfect spot, we opened the subs for our starving kids and found nearly dime sized blue and green mold on all three subs. I called and asked the boy who answered about the subs and if there bread was fresh and he said he'd have to ask the manager, so he put me on hold. Or so he thought... he asked the manager and he said well just tell her that we make the bread for the subs fresh in store every day. So he did. When I told him of my experience, he apologized for my experience and offered to remake the subs... on assumingely also moldy bread. Smh. No thanks.
