I generally enjoy most Walmarts. I rank this one 3.5 and round up. I know that you generally stock the shelves when deliveries come in. Don't stock shelves during the busy times. Holy crap. It was chaotic. Not a fan of how that was done. This location seems to be nicer than most Walmarts I have been to. The produce selection was better than every other one I have been to. I was able to get what I needed, but it wasn't the most enjoyable experience due to all the pallets of product in the way. read more

I think that this Walmart what terrible service, the employees were mean, and they're impossible to talk to.

Generally I think it's a decent place to go to for most anything. Decent prices (usually), common products (usually). But right now my beef is the handicap electric shopping carts. Some of us cannot wrestle with the carts so we can use them. I know I have difficulty with it. But they still park them...never mind. Look at the pic and you tell me. I wish management cared about their disabled customers enough to change this. read more

I took my car to the auto shop for a simple oil change. The technician was young and had no experience. Instead of draining my oil he drained my transmission fluid and told me to drive it to another mechanic to get the fluid put back in. and said it would be ok. Now i need a new transmission because of an inexperienced technician. I plan to sue Walmart for the $5600 I owe for a new transmission. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS THERE!!! read more

I called the pharmacy to see if they had my adhd medication in stock before I called in a refill. After taking all of my information the technician refused to tell me if they had it in stock even though I have a prescription that has been filled at a different location. I've called several other Walmarts and they have checked for me without even taking my information. read more

Clean and organized store , friendly staff , for the most part they always have what I'm looking for. The two things I hope improve or change is the number of cashiers on registers and bringing back price matching , Walmart used to price match almost every store including Amazon , but now there are too many restrictions on price matching , at least that's what I am told whenever I try and price match at this location as well as others. read more

a zero on customer service prepare to be mean mugged no one offers to help you no greeters stuff blocking aisles. I never been treated so rude at any walmart in all the states I've been to or anywhere for that matter I was on the side waiting for someone and this lady that works there could of walked pass me or around me was just standing there staring at me (awkward)so I was hello is there something wrong she said yes your in my way you need to move! Not impressed with money gram. Why do you have a service that is non-functional. Stupidest people of the day. It even seems the produce is better than the other Walmarts I've visited. I have been using curbside pickup since the pandemic started due to health issues. I continuously received rotten, bruised, dated &/or yellow stickered produce. I have reached out to corporate a number of times. I DO NOT want any more refunds or promo codes(discounts). I only wanted FRESH food! Clearly, this is too much to ask of them. Very disappointed. What can I say about Wal-Mart? For regular non coupon shopping, they have the lowest prices. I like being able to get socks with my groceries if I need to. Customer service usually sucks, especially from the managers. There are some realty nice cashiers and greeters though. I just try to avoid going there on Saturday! read more

Bad And Dishonest store employees, I went to this walmart with my wife who was double charged for an item. They scanned a $20.00 item twice. After we arrived at our home a couple of hundred miles away we noticed that they over charged us. I Contacted the store and was told that I had to drive back to the store to get a credit. I asked to speak with the Manager and was given to a lady named Erin, She also told me that I have to drive back there to get my money returned. I explained to her that I live hours away and that it would cost more in gas and time than to just have them pull the tape and see that the mistake was theres not mine. She said I have 90 days to return or basically they just keep (Steal) my money They still wouldnt help me. Basically explaining to me their policy. I also told her that I have a similar policy that I do not let people like them take my money without my permission. Be warned and check your receipts as this store will take your money then not make any reasonable to make it right with you if you live hours away. Shame on you MANAGER ERIN and Shame on YOU MANAGER Thomas for these mistakes your employees made and not making them going above and beyond to do the right thing. And spend 5 minutes of your time to watch the tape to see that your employee screwed up and you refuse to pay for their mistake. read more

Because I am disabled and use a power chair, it is difficult to get out and I had put off getting my truck's tires rotated for too long. I went to Walmart where I purchased the tires and parked at a booth at the auto department where I had always parked for service. It takes 7-10 minutes for me to unload my power chair. Though the two men working in the service bay saw me at least twice while I unloaded my power chair, they never acknowledged me. Once unloaded I tried going into the store to talk to someone and then went back around to the entrance of the service bay trying to find someone who would help. While doing so I know they saw me, but started helping a women with a car who had barely pulled in. Frustrated, I gave up and started reloading my chair. It was only then that one of them asked if I wanted anything. I told him not now since they knew I been there all this time but ignored me and started helping someone else. Though he admitted that I had parked in spot that used to be used to initiate service, they no longer did it that way, so they didn't know why I was there. I replied that there is no way I could have known of such a change and he just shrugged, gave a pithy apology, and walked backed into the bay area. They just lost a loyal customer. read more

4 stars because this is the only Walmart I can shop at without losing my mind. I usually hate shopping at Walmart but this location does a pretty good job most of the time. There is a super grumpy lady who works the self check out in the mornings and if you need her help, watch out, she might kill you. BUT, I must say the ladies that work the fabric section get major props. Especially one lady in particular, wish I knew her name. But she always asks what I am making and is super helpful. She makes shopping at Walmart pleasant. read more
