Came into get some ice cream after a long day of work and baseball. We ordered an ultimate ice cream and a large ice cream cone. The very large group in front of us all ordered ultimate cones for the 15 boys in their group so we understandably had a long wait. Their cones were EXTREMELY MASSIVE and ours was about the size of a baby cone. Please train your employees to be fair when making the cones. I even asked him if that was the ultimate and he said he's not very good at making them but I paid for the ultimate so that we could share it and I did not receive what I paid for. Pharmacy staff is rude. Always inconvenienced by customers. They couldn't find my prescription today, but texted it was ready. They ask customers to be kind and patient, but they aren't kind or patient to customers so...I'm transferring out my prescriptions. read more

This is my second negative experience at this location with the pharmacy. The first one was they never included my son in laws pain pills for his broken leg and he went over 2 days without them. Today we went thru drive up and a rude employee named Zayla acted all put out and disgusted she had to help us. Funny thing she had some kindness shirt on?? She called over some older pharmacist that couldn't hear. Needs to retire. They don't even tell you they didn't fill entire prescriptions order. I will never go back to this location. Go to Stone Drug if you need a prescription filled. read more

Brenda in the bakery dept made the most incredible cake ever for my daughters "white coat" ceremony. I asked Brenda if she could google "white coat cakes" and together we found some ideas from other photos. She really took it to another level. It was a huge hit, everyone loved it. Not having the weekly AD PAPER is NOT a great idea. Having ads that say "$1.00 off" is a terrible idea, off of WHAT? For those of us who are living on a very tight budget, these latest differences are really a big inconvenience to us. You should be more honest in your advertising. You would get a 5* rating if you went back to the sale PAPER and didn't advertise the "$ off as opposed to the actual price of the item. read more

I love maceys especially there bakery. We always order our birthday cakes from there. I also ordered my wedding cake from there they do an amazing job every time. I just recently ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and they are able to do it no problem with only two days notice. Won't go anywhere else for our cakes. read more

Awesome Customer service greastaff was friendly nice produce love that they carry star fruit told us about events around town way better then walmart. will be going back. kid friendly and also they give my kids lollipops. gave me that small town feel. I don't live here. I just happened to stop as I was passing through. So I can't fairly judge an entire store. However, I did notice as I stood in the checkout line that all of the food around me, including in the little fridge, was healthy stuff. Bean Chips, Lara bars, etc. In the fridge was fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. Pretty impressive to put some things there to get away from the stash of candy bars and sodas that usually wait to tempt you. read more

The store is being remodeled...I have no idea why... but now everyone just walks around hoping to find an employee to help find stuff. They do have an awesome pharmacy staff... which is why I gave them 3 stars... they are always knowledgeable and friendly. As for the rest of the store... What can't be said about Maceys. It's basically the heart of Spanish Fork. They have groceries (sale prices are fantastic), seasonal items, a bakery, and deli. Not to mention a bank in the store, and a Pharmacy. Basically a ONE SPOT STOP kind of place. They also throw family events on a regular basis. They have TWO Redbox machines one outside and one inside. They are sweet enough to provide candy for children at the check out and will even give them a free balloon at the photo center. OH I almost forgot to mention they have soft serve Ice cream for cheap. Like I said, One stop shop read more

What can you really say about Macey's? It's convenient if you're in Spanish Fork, is open most days, has reasonable line lengths and reasonable sale prices. They aren't the cheapest store in the county, but they're clean and they aren't ridiculously overpriced, especially if you check out their weekly ads. It's basically the most happening place in Spanish Fork at any given point in time, likely due to the Redbox machines and the cheap ice cream cones (which may be the best part of their store). They also have an in-house bakery, so their bread and doughnuts are fairly good. Other than that, they're probably your best best for late-night cravings, since you can find grocery store sushi there, as well as pizzas and other deli foods. read more

Love the Macey's. This has been a classic in our community for years and I still go with my wife and daughter. They are well priced and have a great selection. The only thing I prefer to get elsewhere is deli meats as there are a few places slightly cheaper for the same meats and cheese. Macey's makes me happy. With a toddler, it is a lifesaver. They have free cookies at the bakery, have fun plastic car carts, AND every checker has a tub of candy that kids get to choose from. It makes grocery shopping much less painful. They have a good selection of produce.Always received great customer service. If Walmart is a 1, they are an 11. Great, friendly cashiers. Prices are pretty competitive. Also, the ice cream cones are AMAZING. You can get sizes from baby (tiny) all the way up to HUGE (like 9 inches tall ice cream cone). Go for the chocolate and vanilla swirl. They have those really cool bacon and maple doughnuts. Oh and now they have the really amazing Sushi place. Little disappointed that the chicken is now pre-packaged. Other than that never had a bad experience there. read more

I'm not a fan, even if 5 stars says I'm a fan. I don't like how busy this place is and how chaotic the parking lot is. But isn't that a tribute to the store itself? If they were terrible, it certainly wouldn't be as busy as it is. Their prices are as good as anywhere, they have a full deli, snack bar, soft serve ice cream, Red Box (two) bakery that I have used on occasion for special orders, a pharmacy, a photo lab, a bank and all the other things you'd expect to find (and more) in a super market. Check out is never a hassle as they have plenty of self serve checkouts and clerk assisted checkouts always open. Also, open 24/6 (closed on Sunday) is a convenience. Macey's has been around forever as long as I can remember. They are community involved, support local everything from boy scouts to college football. I think they are a well managed company as well as an honorably managed company. They give back. I just don't like the "fullness" of the place, for a lack of a better word. But other than that, kudos to Macey's. read more

Maceys is great. It is the best grocery store in town. We love the meats we get at the deli and the option to cut it at different thicknesses. If you stop in you have to get one of their Kong Kones, they are huge and cheap. read more

I like Macey's. I've been going for years but the it is kind of hard to find a parking spot and the place is always crowded. The Manager, Bill Summers, is a really nice guy and can be seen walking through the store talking to patrons. If they don't have something they will order it for you at the front desk. The prices are reasonable and they have a good selection. They have self checkout, which is helpful. I would give it five stars if it was easier to park there. read more

I love this store, has better prices and a bigger selection than Walmart. The store was very clean and it was easy to find just what I wanted. The only thing Walmart does better than this store is the employees at Walmart will ask if they can help you with anything, here they do not. I do like that I can find things that Walmart does not carry. All and all this is a great store. read more
