We went recently to do a return of 2 food items that were bad but didn't expire until Jan 2027. We paid cash but I didn't have the receipt. I was told by the manager that because they hadn't expired and were opened, even though they were rancid, she would not do the return. She further explained that if they were expired and rancid, she would do the return. I explained how that made no sense. If the product isn't expired but bad, of course you accept the return. After a bit of back and forth she approved the return but then stood there with her back to us as the cashier completed the transaction. The cashier by the way was super sweet!! read more

These stores tend to overwhelm me as they cram so much stuff into such small spaces, and many items like kitchen goods or seasonal items aren't organized. It's hard to walk around and find things. Often they only have like one of each item. Also the aisles are so small it's hard to walk through when people have carts. I actually did a quick walk thru of the store and walked out. Not my idea of a good shopping experience. read more

HomeGoods is like all of the TJ Maxx stores which means the items are constantly rotating. I typically check out HomeGoods and TJ Maxx at the same time. Lately the HomeGoods here has been lacking. The selection is just not that great anymore. I really can't find anything that I like anymore. It all just seems really cheap and too expensive for the quality. read more

This is about like any other Home Goods, though a bit smaller than the two I usually frequent. It did seem better organized, and there were several employees working on the floor available to assist if necessary. Clearance selection was large and decently stocked, with some actually useful products. Checkout was quick. The parking lot is oddly small here. It is somewhat separate from the rest of the shopping center, and the number of spaces are borderline insufficient as compared to the size of the store. I doubt, however, that it will present a challenge except perhaps on weekends. read more

I had a terrible experience at HomeGoods due to the manager, Trish. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful, she seemed irritated by any questions I had, and she literally rolled her eyes when I asked for assistance. It was clear she didn't want to be bothered, which made my shopping experience incredibly uncomfortable. Customer service is supposed to be a priority, but Trish made me feel unwelcome and unimportant. I won't be returning to this location as long as she's in charge. Also any time I go to this location the place is always a mess and there are always tanks of stuff out it makes it so hard to walk and look around the store. read more

As HomeGoods stores go, this one's a baby. There's not a ton of room in there, so a few of the sections have been seriously downsized or are essentially non-existent. I'm talkin' about the kids' decor and toys and the international/gourmet food sections. That being said, they do still have an aisle or so of each, and I almost always leave with a little somethin' somethin' for the pantry. As for the other sections, there is still quite a bit to choose from in the way of home decor, small furniture items, rugs, pillows, blankets and kitchenware. I give this location four stars because even though it's small and has a few sparse areas, you're still guaranteed to find some treasures and killer deals every single time you go. The pet section is pretty impressive, they always have a ton of high quality faux greenery, the basket selection is impressive and it's a great resource for interesting, beautiful, well-made stocking stuffers and small gifts for kids and adults alike. read more

Okay, let's talk HomeGoods. As with any HomeGoods store, expect to have an experience similar to any of its sister stores (i.e., Marshall's TJ Maxx, etc). Sometimes you can find a good deal; sometimes your visit is a total bust. In my opinion, it's not worth buying anything full price here unless you love it. There are a couple good brand names here (Kate Spade, Ralph Lauren, etc), but to be completely honest, a lot of the product is kinda junky. When I first learned about HomeGoods, I was obsessed and went to shop there all the time. But the novelty wore off very quickly, and I found that many of the things you find here are very trendy and fad-driven so they're just not meant to last long, I guess. There is no single clearance section, as it's all divided with its respective category (i.e., clearance sheets are located in the bedding section). I would recommend going around the perimeter of the store, as most of the clearance sections are located at the end of the aisles. The clearance aisles are always a mess and are filled with damaged or broken product, so be prepared to dig a little bit. The lines aren't usually too bad, but if you come on a weekend, expect to wait to checkout. I come here once every 2 months or so but almost never get anything. I also found my favorite throw pillows EVER at this store, so you just never know. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE. YOU CAN'T RETURN ANYTHING We're livid! We've attempted to return a faulty can opener TWICE now. We're well within 30 days and have the receipt. The can opener rusted after we rinsed it, so it's clearly not using proper materials for kitchen use. The first time they refused to do the return without having the card the purchase was made with, so we went back with the card, and now they're refusing to do it unless we can go and find the exact can opener with the packaging on their shelf so they can look at the bar code. Conveniently they don't seem to be selling this can opener any more. Both times this is after waiting in a crazy long holiday shopping line because they don't have a separate returns counter. It's not the customer's responsibility to find the bar code because their SKU system isn't detailed enough! We have the receipt, with the item's price clearly labeled, that would be enough anywhere else! read more

I went to home goods today to spend my gift card a friend gave me. I had a wonderful time just enjoying the whole store. Lots of great choices it was hard to decide what I wanted but settled on some new pillows to accent my bedroom...they're beautiful. I love that they have lots of registers open so the line went really fast. The store is clean. The cashiers were very friendly and speedy. There was no delay even using a gift card. My cashier knew how to use it which is interesting some places just get flustered when there's a trick to paying. read more

For a store cluttered with so many things, it was lackIng in "home goods." I was going to update one of the bathrooms in the house--kids coming over for the holidays and bringing friends and all that Jazz--and I wanted variety. This was not the place for variety. If you want white, blue, or light brown towels, you will find them here but nothing else. Want bathroom curtains? They had maybe 5 choices, but at least they matched the white, blue, and brown towels because there were no other color choices in bathroom curtains. Vanity items? Well you guessed it, the same color scheme with the fun addition of metal as well. Let's go back and talk about the cutter. We started with a cart but when we could not move about the store with the cart we ditched it. The walk ways super narrow. So one person with a cart blocked the whole way. The narrow walkways, the clutter on the shelves and the floors made so that I just wanted to get out of there ASAP, not having a cart also limited the number of things I could carry. However, it is important to mention that our cashier was extremely pleasant. read more

The women that are running the store are amazing, multitasking, heavy lifters! I went in for a towel and fell in love with a bookshelf- there's no way I would've come back to buy it later... Spontaneous shopping... The store manager lifted it up put it on a flatbed cart and helped me load it in my car. I spent over $500. Kudos to the great service here! read more

Oh HomeGoods. You are a wily temptress with your intriguing exotic foods and beautiful decor vignettes. I am almost always seduced to purchase something - be it a bag of lightly salted plantain chips, photo frames, or a gift for a friend. For our next baby I will just be outfitting his/her room with the adorable hot air balloon decor we saw on our last trip. The only let down is generally the furniture. Over $150 for a 3-drawer end table with drawers that aren't on set tracks seems a little...not wise. But, to each his (or her) own. If you need a corner end table with mirror paneling and gilded edges, you go for it. I'm glad they opened up this location. I am so anti going past the point of the mountain. Now I can have my plantain chips within a 15-minutes' drive-reach. read more

I only come to Home Goods (usually) looking for 2 things. Rae Dunn Items and Outdoor Pillows for my front porch bench. And as far as the pillows go, I always find a nice selection for the season and grab a few. But for Rae Dunn, I never find anything amazing. But overall, this is always a fun store to come browse through, because you might find a treasure you didn't know you needed. read more
