This is about like any other Home Goods, though a bit smaller than the two I usually frequent. It did seem better organized, and there were several employees working on the floor available to assist if necessary. Clearance selection was large and decently stocked, with some actually useful products. Checkout was quick. The parking lot is oddly small here. It is somewhat separate from the rest of the shopping center, and the number of spaces are borderline insufficient as compared to the size of the store. I doubt, however, that it will present a challenge except perhaps on weekends.

As HomeGoods stores go, this one's a baby. There's not a ton of room in there, so a few of the sections have been seriously downsized or are essentially non-existent. I'm talkin' about the kids' decor and toys and the international/gourmet food sections. That being said, they do still have an aisle or so of each, and I almost always leave with a little somethin' somethin' for the pantry. As for the other sections, there is still quite a bit to choose from in the way of home decor, small furniture items, rugs, pillows, blankets and kitchenware. I give this location four stars because even though it's small and has a few sparse areas, you're still guaranteed to find some treasures and killer deals every single time you go. The pet section is pretty impressive, they always have a ton of high quality faux greenery, the basket selection is impressive and it's a great resource for interesting, beautiful, well-made stocking stuffers and small gifts for kids and adults alike.

Clearance sections are always a mess and not super fun to look through, but sometimes you'll stumble upon a good find!

Okay, let's talk HomeGoods. As with any HomeGoods store, expect to have an experience similar to any of its sister stores (i.e., Marshall's TJ Maxx, etc). Sometimes you can find a good deal; sometimes your visit is a total bust. In my opinion, it's not worth buying anything full price here unless you love it. There are a couple good brand names here (Kate Spade, Ralph Lauren, etc), but to be completely honest, a lot of the product is kinda junky. When I first learned about HomeGoods, I was obsessed and went to shop there all the time. But the novelty wore off very quickly, and I found that many of the things you find here are very trendy and fad-driven so they're just not meant to last long, I guess. There is no single clearance section, as it's all divided with its respective category (i.e., clearance sheets are located in the bedding section). I would recommend going around the perimeter of the store, as most of the clearance sections are located at the end of the aisles. The clearance aisles are always a mess and are filled with damaged or broken product, so be prepared to dig a little bit. The lines aren't usually too bad, but if you come on a weekend, expect to wait to checkout. I come here once every 2 months or so but almost never get anything. I also found my favorite throw pillows EVER at this store, so you just never know.

Poor customer service and manager made a sarcastic remark as I walked away thinking I didn't hear her.

This store is in horrible shape. Such a mess. They will only discount a complete broken dog gate 10%. very poor customer service.

My sister had her wedding reception here and it was so beautiful! There were so many decorations…read moreand resources available to throw an incredible party! I highly recommend this place.

I think it's probably becoming more known for the wedding/event venue portion, as we rolled up to…read moreshop the nursery and the doors weren't open and they tried to direct us to a party. But maybe that's just because I visited in the early winter and who shops a nursery then? In any case, once we made our way inside, it became clear they're making moves to up the adorbs factor and move to be way more than just a pot-em-up nursery. The main retail area here is lovely, with gifts, books, and loads of home decor. They've put some money into this, and while it still needs to be filled out a bit more, you can spend some time cruising here and be happy. From the main area, we made our way to the houseplant section. While there are a lot of expecteds there, I was surprised to see so many of them. We only found a few harder-to-find ferns (something way down the line in the birds nest family) but plenty of those old school ficus. I suppose the ficus sell, but with so many hot new ficus right now, I just was surprised at the quantity of the old schoolers. There are succulents as well, though thankfully not a bajillion. I liked many of the containers, especially the wee ones, and prices there were reasonable. We ended up with three ferns, one of which is now struggling due to a long vacation and a lack of water (my bad) but many of the plants there in the greenhouse needed a good amount of deadheading and some of the poor monstera were flagging, and generally it seems they probably need someone dedicated and diligent in the watering and upkeep. It could stand a little freshening up. I'd like to come back in the warm months to see what kind of trouble I could get into, but I still had a nice time and the other two ferns are going strong; the third has my full faith it will bounce back.
