I was told by the manager that because they hadn't expired and were opened, even though they were rancid, she would not do the return. She further explained that if they were expired and rancid, she would do the return. I explained how that made no sense. If the product isn't expired but bad, of course you accept the return. After a bit of back and forth she approved the return but then stood there with her back to us as the cashier completed the transaction. The cashier by the way was super sweet!!
