It's too late to return it but I spent over $3500 that day and at first he told me that they did not have it in stock than all of a sudden they did. It was the same laptop, just the 5060 version and I didn't notice it until later when I checked my computers specs. It's nice, runs everything well but it's not what I asked for. I don't understand why he did this because when I went in there and told him someone had sold me a used laptop and had lied about it the graphics card on it he was verbally empathic. Also, when I brought in an item to exchange, they did a return on it instead. So their associates listening skills are not up to standard.

Never received a notice that I wouldn't get the delivery that day. Insisted on talking to a manager, and all he would do is schedule another delivery date--a week away. Very poor customer service.
