She received the replacement and all good. She ordered another dress a couple of months later and there were so many issues. I'm not sure who they're getting dresses from, but it's painfully obvious there's no quality control/assurance workflow. It's really a shame that this business is run so haphazardly.

I'd actually give this place 5-stars for their selection of clothes (minus the consignment shop area...didn't care for it), the quality and price point of their items, and their website that offers free shipping. I'm docking two stars because their in-store customer service was terrible, imho. There was never a "Hi, hello, welcome to our store, thanks for shopping with us," or even a, "can I help you with anything? Is there something in particular you're looking for?" For a first time shopper, I really couldn't tell who was another shopper vs an employee, since the employees seemed to give me the cold shoulder, and did not care that I was there to shop. I almost left the store without purchasing anything, and would have just purchased online. #Protip to the owner if you see this: include "smile at customers" as basic training for your staff. For shoppers, purchase online unless you are near the store and want to buy something asap.

I really wanted to like Bella Ella in Spanish Fork but because of poor quality and bad customer…read moreservice I am not going to be able to shop there anymore am telling my friends and family about my bad experience. I bought the dress in the pictures for $48. I am 6' tall and it came well below my knees so it was a midi length. It was a little bit big on me so I washed and dried the dress once thinking maybe it would shrink an inch but it shrunk significantly. It is now more like mid-thigh length. No exaggeration. I took the dress in to the store to explain what happened. I explained that I didn't have my receipt because the dress had fit great and I took the tag off and threw the receipt away. She said it was no problem because she could look me up by my phone number. The problem with that is that when I originally purchased the dress I wasn't asked for my phone number. So, when she went to look me up in her system I didn't show up. I had my bank statement proving my purchase but she said there was nothing she could do. No refund, no exchange, no store credit. I called the next day to speak with a manager. The manager wasn't in but the girl working said she would take down my name and number and have the manager call me. The manager never called. Myself, and the people I show these pictures to are BLOWN AWAY at the poor quality of this dress and how much it shrunk. I'm also blown away at how little the employees and manager were willing to do to make this situation right by me. Do NOT shop at Bella Ella!!!

After spending over an hour trying to find stuff the fitting rooms were closed at 630 on a Saturday…read morenight. There were two closets at the front and we waited in line for another hour to try on 3 pairs of pants. I think the waiting rooms need to stay open later on the weekends.

I called this Spanish Fork Ross to find out how much was on my gift card. The assistant manager…read moresaid "I can't do that. I am in the back." I asked if there was a way someone could find out for me. She said "No, you have to come in the store to a register to find out". I then called the Orem Ross store and I was immediately helped. The employee, said "Sure. Let me to get a register". She then quickly gave me the total on my card. I called the Spanish Fork store up again, and spoke with the same woman and asked why she wouldn't help me by transfering me to someone at a register. She said "Um.I guess I could have". I told her that she should have been more helpful, especially since she is the assistant manager. I will never shop there again. T

I hadn't called previously so I wasn't asking specifically for today. She said she wasn't going to look but if she saw whatever item I had mentioned she could tell me. I started to say the item and she interrupted me to say nope. Not really sure why she was so upset and short when answering the phone.
