Weeks later, I finally got ahold of him and he texted me: "I won't be needing anymore help". About a month later he still hadn't sent me my last check, I told him by law he should've been paying me the whole month because I still hadn't gotten my check. He finally sent it to me but then put a stop payment on it. I texted and called multiple different times and he ignored me every time I reached out. Side note: he also didn't pay my friend, who worked there for a few shifts until finding a new job. I hope youll support more professional, kind hearted business owners instead of this one. There are many boutiques in Utah, Madison and Sixth should be the very last place you go. I was amazed that a "business man" would act this way. Hopefully he'll get to a place where he realizes business can only stand so long on the stilts of bad ethics!

During the call, she clearly explained the situation and specifically asked whether she could return the items in person rather than mailing them. She was told that an in-person return was possible. So she returned them in even received an online return receipt. Based on that information, we reasonably believed the matter had been resolved. We later learned that returns for TikTok Shop purchases could not be processed in person. As a result, we are now out the money and feel that we were given inaccurate information. This situation could have been avoided if the return policy had been explained correctly from the beginning. If in-person returns are not available for TikTok Shop purchases, customers should be told that clearly and consistently. The incorrect information wasted our time, caused unnecessary frustration, and resulted in a financial loss. We urge the company to ensure that its staff are properly informed about the return process and that customers receive accurate guidance before making decisions about their purchases. Update: Customer service made it right and helped us get our refund.

You know it's bad when you have to pin your return policy as the first post on your Facebook page and disable/hide all comments. This place is a scam. As others have noted, they are incredibly liberal with what they deem as "damaged" and what they'll reject in their return policy. I ordered two sizes of a dress. I had the dress on no longer than to gauge between the two sizes that I ordered. I tried to return the dress and they said it had an "odor" and rejected the return. There is no way this had any more odor on it than what happens when you try on something when you're physically in the store. They embellished the "damage" by saying they let it air out and the odor was still there; an outright lie as this was on my body for 30 seconds. To add insult to injury, you have to pay for shipping both ways. So when I do resell this item, I will come nowhere near breaking even. Check Poshmark or do a Google image search on the item of clothing you want. It's the same stuff that other boutiques carry and hopefully you'll find somewhere that's a much more reputable company to give your money to.
