I love the book section and can always find at least a couple of current/popular books to add to my collection. Now typically the the coupon comes with a bar code but this one just stated the date you could use it. She of course came over to "help" me and said that coupon will only let you scan it and then it will give you another coupon to use at a later date ... I said okay that makes no sense but okay I said I told her I was hoping to use it today but that's fine I just don't get down this way often but no worries which she immediately shot back with " well I can give your coupon to another customer"... um no I never said I didn't want my coupon and they can get their own thanks.... I truly believe she was wanting to keep it for herself but either way the worst customer service I have seen yet. The fun thing about NPS is that you never know what you're going to find so it's always an adventure. The one complaint I have is the bathroom situation at this location. They deal with a lot of theft so they have to hold the bathroom key at the front of the store and you have to return it when you are done, that whole process is very painful when you have young children that need to go potty immediately.

There is also a wide variety of price range. You can find good deals on certain things, but there definitely are expensive items as well. These people are putting in the time and research to curate these booths, and they know what things are worth. I especially love the big gallery wall of all the art.
