Passive aggressive communication style and should NOT be in the line of customer service . Some context to why I say this, after having her hover over me while I scanned all my stuff I got out my phone to use my coupon which you can see in the photo. This coupon makes very little sense to me and is not the typical way savers goes about doing reciepts for customers . Now typically the the coupon comes with a bar code but this one just stated the date you could use it. She of course came over to "help" me and said that coupon will only let you scan it and then it will give you another coupon to use at a later date ... I said okay that makes no sense but okay I said I told her I was hoping to use it today but that's fine I just don't get down this way often but no worries which she immediately shot back with " well I can give your coupon to another customer"... um no I never said I didn't want my coupon and they can get their own thanks.... I truly believe she was wanting to keep it for herself but either way the worst customer service I have seen yet.
