If I wasn't going to the store on purpose, I would've missed it. Boy, I'm glad I didn't! To me, the best parts are the books and the "gifts". By "gifts" I mean things like reproductions of old-timey globes, maps, advertisements, and other things for the days of yore. I mean Pendleton-brand 100% wool "motor robes" -- essentially a throw blanket that can be rolled up, belted in, and it has a strap for carrying it wherever life or nature takes you. I mean quilts with maps, countries, or constellations on them. I mean organic facial creams, bath salts and body oils from places like Mullein and Sparrow. I mean "toys for kids" that are really retro things that the parents will love as much (and probably more) than the kids will. As for their books, you'll find classics, history, nature, and kids books. They've even got "Goodnight Moon" in French. Bonsoir Lune! The back half of the store is their meat-and-potatoes sales wise, with fancy, classy art and a lot of religiousy and Mormony things. I imagine this stuff LDSers will love, but I'm only really interested in the stuff up front. Oh, and I got three retro posters for $4 each! I'll be coming back for more!

I reached out to customer service twice to see if there was anything I could do on my end to take some of the edge off of the 50 dollar sunk cost. I didn't get a response. I understand this is their policy, but the whole thing was incredibly frustrating. I had spent months eyeing these nightgowns as I have tried to find cotton styles, and have found it difficult, so I took a shot. Would never shop here again.

The staff here is friendly and pleasant to work with if you need something specific and this is a great place to donate books if you need to slim down your library. Surprisingly, my favorite section of the store was the shelves labeled "decorative." Maybe this is a common used book concept but I had never seen it before and found it a very clever way of making use of extra books that realistically would never sell. Every book in the section is two dollars and they are organized by color so that you can grab some quick pick me ups to fill in your personal library. It's a great way to help your personal library look a little nicer if it's a big part of your home decor.

They have a pretty good collection of new movies and If you sign up for emails, they will email you when they have new movies to rent. Every time we come into this little gem, the staff is always so friendly and helpful. They are operating limited hours right now due to COVID19, but they make sure their limited hours are posted on their website's front page. When you do return movies and books, the only way their taking it back is the drop box behind the library. They are not taking any returns inside. In addition, they are not taking any cash for payment for any late fees at this time due to the pandemic. What I also love about this library is sometimes they have donated bread at the entrance, free to anyone who might need it. At this time I don't think anyone is allowed to sit and stay (and play) inside, so they labeled their hours as "Grab & Go" while they are open. I have looked into their digital selection, and it would be nice if they can expand it. I've put in a few requests for movies that they do not have, but have not received any response as to them making any effort of carrying it. Room for growth!
