I really love this place! I went in for some kratom & was NOT dissapointed! They have what I needed & I've been going here since! Both people who helped me were knowledgeable & useful! They also happen to be down-to-earth, nice folks! They gave me a couple freebie-gifts for being a new customer & a return customer!! I usually buy my kratom online or in Vegas, but I definitely recommend Imagine Real Peace for all your kratom & smoke shop needs! This store also sells records! Super cool man! Thanks guys! read more

No recent reviews on this place...makes sense! This place is horrible! I would give this place negative stars unfortunately I have to give at least one star to have this review to through. There are a ton other smoke shops with quality products and the people behind the counter don't look sketch! Anyways take your money else where, this place does not need to be in business. Bad service, bad products...bad all the way around! Take your business elsewhere! read more

I was just ripped off. They sell records hade like amateurs. I will never be coming back here because today they ripped me off. The Sales clerk Mateo told me that anything which did not have their price sticker on it was a dollar. I spent well over an hour digging through the dollar bins. When I was making a final sort through a pile of 80 or so records they then informed me that they would now be $2 per record. After 10 minutes of conversation they then agreed to go back to the original dollar price. Upon check out they still overcharge me. After the sale was complete they told me that that Price stickers from old record shops also now counted and were more expensive than one dollar. They rip me off about 20 bucks. Not even worth arguing any further. Avoid this shop. Additionally earlier as I I dug through all of their records pulling out records I was interested in they kept wanting to grab them and move them to the counter. read more

Imagine Real Peace Smoke Shop - Thumbs down for imagine Real peace as a Recods shop. - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Orem, Utah

Chillest smoke shop in the county. All these 1 star ratings are perplexing to me. I don't go anywhere else.

This place is the best! Had exactly what I needed and staff was super helpful and kind. Thanks for helping me out!!!

I paid about $35 for a 60g bag of Kratom at Imagine Real Peace Shop. Which is a ton of money! It tasted super old and dry. I've talked to Brandon the owner and he refuses to believe that brown, disgusting, dry Green Maeng Da Kratom is any different from fresh, green Maeng Da. He says "it's all the same". I'm talking about Green Maeng Da. This is supposed to be the best of the best. This brown crap gives me head aches. Very little medicinal quality. Come on Brandon! I want to give you my business. We also need someone to provide high quality fresh Kratom over the counter. Online has good Kratom, but it takes a week or more to arrive. Let me know when you get good Kratom in. Until than I'll have to take my business elsewhere. Sorry Bro. It's just business. read more

Imagine Real Peace Smoke Shop - The 60g bag is $35 at this shop. The 500g bag is the same price online. And is a much better product. - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Orem, Utah

The owner of this place is an asshat, and treats his employees and customers like crap, which is why they have attitude and the reason for the negative reviews.. I go there cuz it's close and reasonable, the kid with the long curly hair is cool though read more

I went here to get rolling papers and walked up to the door around 5:50 when it closed at 6:00 and when I grabbed the door and started to open it the girl on the other side with the nappy dreads grabbed the door out of my hands and shut it without saying anything. It was super disrespectful and rude. Don't go here it's really not worth it. read more

Youd think that you do business at this establishment which means I can park in their parking stalls and I still got towed on behalf of this company! The customer service is below standard. How are u miserable enough to tow ur own customers vehicles after putting money into ur establishment? Never again! If I could give a negative star, I would read more

I've always been treated well here not sure about some of these negative reviews I'm glad that they are around and would much rather shop here than any where else locally read more

my favorite local shop I mainly come here for my vaping needs but they have quite a collection of items to choose from ignore the bad reviews you won't be disappointed read more

Bad quality kratom. Compared to online prices it's bad too. If you need it quick right them maybe it's alright but this place should not be for people who need it for their health or substitution. Reading some of the other reviews I must've gotten off easy. read more

I Called in this morning to ask a few questions regarding kratom and the girl at the counter gave me attitude right at the start and acted like it was inconvenient that I called. I had a few more questions and she was too lazy to address them and just sounded like a miserable human being. Grow up read more

I love the this place!! Homey vibe and the staff is perfect. This is always my go to place!

I used to LOVE this place. I used to come here all the time and staff was always super nice and helpful... well I've been there twice in the past few weeks and both times the girl working the counter (name was nessa...or something?) had horrible customer service. I was the ONLY customer in there and ended up waiting there for like 20 min until she acknowledged me because she had some friends hanging out and vaping behind the counter. She then proceeded to make me wait even longer while her friends purchased some shit, and continued talking with them while helping me, when I finally got her attention for the 1 BOTTLE of juice I needed, she was very unhelpful. I was there for about 35 minutes for 1 bottle of juice that should've been a 5 minute transaction. I'm super sad to be giving a 1 star rating but I recommend firing whoever this girl is and maybe requiring some customer service training:/ read more

Brandon and his associates were very friendly and helpful. Brandon did a great job doing what I needed done. Thank you Brandon! read more

Don't go to this smoke shop. SO RUDE! One of the corners in the shop has a dirty grungy couch and I accidentally went back there looking at vape juice not knowing I wasn't allowed back there, and the guy said "hey don't go back there, what did you pick pocket"... seriously?!! I just left, when I probably otherwise would have spend a good amount there. read more

This is the second time I've showed up at the store to find it closed during their posted hours. The first time was 40 minutes before they were supposed to close and this time it's 3:30 pm and they're supposed to be open till 9 pm. I commute by bike so now I know to call.. except so don't want to give them my business so I'll make the trip somewhere else. read more

THIS STORE SUCKS!!!! I was excited about the selection of records when I first came in, but then was greeted (greeted is too friendly of a word) by who I think was the owner. He was very rude, stated "we close very soon" and there was almost an hour until closing time. He proceeded to instruct us on how to make sure we flipped through the records carefully and put them in the right spot. When we went to check out he said he wouldn't let us pay with a credit card because it wasn't worth his time. I think the store is a front and he's selling weed in the back room. read more

I've been shopping here for about a year now. They have a very good selection of kratom. I went in last week and was greeted by the owner. I was short on cash and he ended up giving me kratom at more than half off. Which was way cool as I wouldn't be able to buy anymore for over a week. Anyways, I really enjoy shopping at Imagine real Peace. Its always nice and comfortable shopping experience!! read more

I came in this morning at 10:30 which were the posted hours on the door. I realized I was there just a few minutes after the posted time so I decided I would come back. A half hour later, i longboarded yet again to the shop and it wasn't open at 11:00. So i decided to get something to eat and came back at 11:30 Still nobody was there an hour and a half after opening time. Brandon didn't come in till 12:00. When I brought up that nobody was there and that I was frustrated he stated "it happens man" and didn't bother to apologize. While it does happen, I would expect more from somebody I have been going to for 2 years. The reason he has had such trouble is because he doesn't put the customer first. I'm going to continue to go because it is the closest to my residence but I have been very disappointed with the customer service on several occasions. As far as the shop, it is really great. Always is in stock and has a very interesting and wide selection. Step it up Brandon, or hire someone to be there at opening time. I'm sick of this. read more

I love this place all the employees are wonderful they are very nice and super understanding. They know what they are talking about. I get Kratom there and for that Brandon has helped me so much it is great and never have a problem with it. Thank you Dawn Shrewsbury read more

The guy who own this place is a joke! My wife bought an item the broke the next day so she bought the expensive version so it would not happen again and a week later it broke again. The owner blamed it all on her and treated her like crap. All this guy cares about is making the same and does not give a crap about his customers. read more

This place is the best! I have been a regular customer for while now. It's a good place to pick up shisha and vape supplies. I have been to other smoke shops in the Orem/Provo area and have not enjoyed my experience. The people who work here treat me right and don't make me feel stupid when I ask questions. I highly recommend you give it a shot! read more
