Hey, I've been to this location a few times now, and I've noticed a recurring issue whenever I'm helped by the sales associate named Tyson. On multiple occasions, he has tried to charge me the original price even when there was an active discount. I understand if this happens once by mistake, but it's happened several times now. It feels untrustworthy and honestly a bit shady. What's the point of offering discounts or sales if customers are still being charged full price unless they catch it themselves? I used to love coming to this dispensary, and also the Lehi on. lately when I come in there to buy my gummy's, they don't sell them anymore and they say they order them in, but they just never get them. The Riverside Hygge 50 mg THC only, raspberry lemon flavor are the best ones that work for my condition. The only place that constantly has them is Beehive Farmacy now. I've asked both Curaleaf dispensaries to order them in, but I'm not sure what's going on. They have so many other new ones that don't work. I'm very disappointed in these two dispensaries. Also, the price Dragonfly Wellness also does not carry them. Not sure what's going on, but I wished they would get them back. Haven't had this issue before until about the last few months. read more

the most absurd waiting times every time I come here. I don't understand what takes these people so long, every other pharmacy I go to I'm in & out of. I waited for 45+ minutes while their system was down AGAIN, I figured a massive company like this would give some sort of discount for all the inconveniences they cause. I do not recommend coming here at all, even for the discounts they run it's not worth it. you'll leave in a bad mood & 2 hours late to wherever you need to be. I had a wonderful experience today at Desert wellness. Kansas and Lucy were very helpful in getting my medication. They were very quick and efficient not to mention professional. These guys also had a lot of people to tend to considering it is the weekend and they do have great sales on the flower until the fifth of this month. I highly recommend this place to all patients. On August 12th, 2024 I ordered a balm/lotion and one of your edible gummies that was on a Monday sale from the Provo Curaleaf Dispensary. When I arrived I was told that the system was down. "No Problem" I responded, to which one of your employees told me "All of the marijuana dispensaries are down." I'm assuming she thought I was immediately going to the Springville marijuana dispensary... I was. I'm sure this was something she was told to tell customers. As I drove away I decided to zoom over to "The Forest" and sure enough it was open! Ha! What a joke... So does that mean Curaleaf pharmacist, manager, or whatever told her to inform "MEDICAL CUSTOMERS" the Springville Dispensary is closed. Why would that be? I have had so many issues with the Provo location. It's just one issue after another, after another. Nothing directly from the employees who pull and distribute the marijuana. They are great... It's always disrespectful behavior from a pharmacist. Either way I want Curaleaf to know how many customers they have lost and how many they will lose. I for one will never set foot in the Provo location ever again. The apparent-promoted-dishonesty from the Provo Curaleaf Dispensary was the final straw! I live less than a quarter mile away from the Provo Curaleaf Dispensary and I will travel to Springville from now on. I will also tell all of my friends and colleagues to avoid this location. read more

We have taken CO2 readings both at the Provo and Park City locations multiple times and reported via email and our concern has fallen on deaf ears. I just spoke with CJ the director and she dismissed entirely our concern. She has no clue of the importance of ventilation and wouldn't consider looking in to it more. The CO2 in the store was peaking at 2600 ppm on our Aranet4 sensor enough to cause some mental cognitive impairment. read more
