They have a power supply that looks like a stereo amplifier with cords to mods. If you want to try a flavor, they can pull a preloaded tank, give you a personal tip, and let you vape away. He knows I have gotten bigger purchases before and was trying to cut the price by $5 and when I said no, he went through the transaction so fast I couldn't even put my loyalty number in and when I said "oh the number went away", he just looked at me and said the total. Went from 3 or 4 very pleasant visits to being treated like an annoyance. If you want customers, don't get angry when they can't afford things. There are 2 other smoke shops in spitting distance (literally within a mile) and I will happily go to either from now on, even if one costs more and one is inconvenient, because they are happy to see me, make sure I use my rewards and don't push me. Return customers come back because of price and relationship to the workers, especially in smoke shops. Dont be acting like were best friends until I cant afford something I never asked you to order. Will not be going back.
