My vape I purchased didn't work (side-eying hi variety). When I realized the vape wasn't working, I went back and explained it wasn't working. They immediately took care of me, got me a replacement. They were quick, kind, and provided expert service. 12/10 the care I personally look for and LOVE. Come here, you'll have a great time and great experience!

I was soooo excited to get a PINK disposable. A friend had recommended this brand, so I was excited to try it. My experience at this location was great! There were two girls working, and one was training the other. She was really patient and explained things well to her as she explained how to create an account for me since it was my first time here. The employee inside was really nice too. I had told her I normally like Sativa but was curious which of the disposables people have been liking best since they only have indica and hybrid. She told me people have been liking the berry the most but also recommended the grape base on the terpene profile being the most Sativa-y. I went with the grape, and it's been awesome. It has really helped my back pain. They have a good selection of product here! I'm really glad they are carrying Ladylike. Sooo cute

Like I totally understand that he needs to take responsibility for his part in this and he has he's been in treatment for two months, which I'm also paying for from this doctors offices screw up on prescribing an addict their drug of choice but for them to not take any kind of accountability for putting my family in this situation by even offering an addict their DOC like wtf is wrong with you guys, I didn't even get any kind of apology for their screw up on their end, but after finding out they called in a refill weeks after they were aware of what happened on May 16th I'm going to be contacting an attorney cause this is just straight up negligence at this point and I'm absolutely disgusted that this doctor has a license still

I booked an appointment and unfortunately arrived about 15 minutes late due to traffic. When I called, I was told they would take care of me, so I drove about 20 minutes from Lehi to the clinic. However, after I arrived, I was told they couldn't see me because I was 16 minutes late tough I parked the car at 15 minute and took me a minute to reach If there is a strict cutoff, that should have been communicated before I made the drive. Instead, I was given the impression that my appointment would still be honored, which wasted my time and gas. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the front desk staff. The receptionist was rude and showed no empathy or willingness to help. As a loyal member for more than a year, I expected much better customer service. I understand that businesses have policies, but clear communication and respectful treatment of customers go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below my expectations

If you have never tried an Iv place like this I would highly recommend you give this place a try. I love them. Thank you Prime IV and Dan.
