Pretty boutique, expensive prices (although I could find a cute newspaper boy type of hat pretty cheap) and it seems like an extension from the boutique across the street. Smells like good quality candles. My favorite items there were the hats. Jewelry not very unique. Been seeing the same at other stores. read more

It's a cute boutique and offers an eclectic collection of women's clothing, accessories, shoes, sandals, and children's items. Some item are pricy while others are no different than any other clothing store. I was able to find a couple tank tops for under $30 each. I love their jewelry and typically buy one pair of earrings every time I visit. This time the staff was very friendly and immediately asked if I wanted a dressing room to try on my items. I have been there in the past where the staff was less friendly which makes it uncomfortable to even want to make a purchase. When that happens I walk around and look at the items, if there's some I really like I make a note and purchase elsewhere. I don't like supporting when staff is rude and unwelcoming. read more

This place is extremely expensive. However, when I lived in Provo I would go here a lot because it was such a nice atmosphere and was a relaxing place to look around and try on clothes. I only bought things on sale here a few times, but I always loved to visit the shop. It smells good, is in a great location, and it's always decorated beautifully. The clothes really are beautiful. They have a good buyer. I don't live in Provo anymore, but I would probably stop by if I visited! read more

My wife and I walked into the store on June 3 in the early afternoon and weren't even acknowledged by the two girls at the register. I don't want to accuse anything of the workers, but my wife and I are mostly Hispanic and were not greeted, but then a white couple walked in two minutes after us and the girls greeted them happily and were asked if they needed help. It was disappointing the inequality in how different customers are treated. Whether it had anything to do with our appearance or not, it didn't exactly make us feel welcomed. read more

I had a gift card for Soel Boutique and I finally was down in the Riverwoods today to use it. The boutique is super cute with a collection of very stylish clothing, however, it is very pricy. Even with a $25 gift card, I still paid $30 for a sweater. It is a cute sweater and great quality but just a bit on the pricy end! The staff was helpful and I loved the collection of items they have. read more

Soel has the cutest clothes and the best, kindest workers! Can be a bit pricey sometimes but it's because they carry higher-end brands such as Free People and Sanctuary. Definitely worth the money though!! Love love love Soel!! read more

If you want to get treated like dirt by employees, come here. The merchandise, soooo cute!!! But the employees are as snobby as they come. We came in looking for a specific product that we knew the store carried and just wanted to try sizes. And the girls begrudgingly got our sizes, but not without eye rolling and snide remarks. I was really disappointed by the staffs behavior. And probably will not be back. read more

Cute curation of stylish clothing. I've found some of the same items at Cozy Fashion and Bohme, but others have been unique to this boutique. They also have a fun assortment of letter pressed stationary and little knick-knacks. Unfortunately the customer service at this store is hit or miss. This store has some darling kid clothes and decent women's clothing, but we were not even greeted by the staff when we walked in, or the entire time we were browsing. I needed an item for myself and some baby gifts, but on principle I didn't purchase a thing. Terrible customer service. I'd much rather support a small business, but I went to Nordstrom, found what I needed and had service with a smile. Don't bother going in. read more

I was in a Christmas EMERGENCY!! I needed a pair of Birkenstock's because Christmas was in 2 days, it's was about 9:08pM and I said to myself "There is no way they are open right now" So I called with no hope and only 3 rings later I heard my Savior on the other side, I told her I was in a HUGE PICKLE because the mall was closed and I needed BIRKS QUICK, she said they usually don't do this but because it was Christmas and it was an emergency, they would OPEN just for ME. I raced as fast as I could because she said I only had 5 minutes to get there but I knew I was only like 30 seconds away, I knew I'd make it I had too. When I got there they SWUNG open the door and I ran in and grabbed the BIRKS, I was in and outta there in 5 minutes and I had the CHRISTMAS BIRKS!!! All because of the Christmas miracle workers at Soel. read more

I love the selection of clothes here and I feel that it is accurately priced for this type of boutique. However, I have on a few occasions noticed the same exact items at the boutique across the way for less. The reason I am giving this store 3 stars is because I have come across a few girls that have worked here that were unfriendly. I also REALLY don't like feeling like a criminal when asked to try on a piece of clothing. I haven't heard of any store taking your purse from you and holding it into your done, especially with your ID, credit cards and phone in it. I think that's ridiculous. read more

Cute clothing. I found a shirt that was unique. The manager of the store was really nice and helpful but one of the girls working there was rude. If I am looking at a rack don't come over to the rack that I'm looking through and write down numbers (this happened 4 times on separate racks.) I carried my items around the store and finally the "rude" girl asked me if I needed a room. I didn't like that you couldn't take your purse in the dressing room - I wasn't thrilled with the idea of handing my purse and all my information to people I don't know. Also have workers come in early and clean not when people are shopping. All in all cute clothing but need to adjust the workers a bit. read more

Love the selection and style of clothing they offer, and the price isn't unreasonable. They don't always have the sizes I am looking for, and I wish they carried more children's clothing other than just baby sizes, but they are always willing to help in any way (even ordering a size they don't have) and the quality of clothing is great. Not great. Already pretty overpriced and the day I was there, there were three employees having a conversation behind the cash and checking out felt like I was interrupting them. Then, I was approached after leaving the store because my son was holding a toy he brought from home (that I later confirmed wasn't even sold at Soel) asking if he had taken it without paying. It looks like I'm not the only one who has had issues with customer service there which is a bummer because everything is more expensive there than other retailers. I don't mind paying more for a great experience but feeling like I'm inconveniencing the employees and being accused of stealing left a terrible taste in my mouth. I'd probably just support another online boutique that offers similar products (or if you prefer a brick-and-mortar store, Blickenstaff's is a couple of doors down, has adorable baby products, and a great shopping environment). read more

Every time I travel to Utah, I make a special trip to Soel. Without a doubt, Soel has the cutest fashions in the greater Provo area. I have never left empty-handed. Soel really does have something for everyone--- no matter the size of your pocketbook! They always have the most darling skirts, and feminine tops, and they always seem to have the best from all of my favorite brands. Cute clothes. Cute atmosphere. I was very uncomfortable when I went into the dressing room and the lady asked for my other shopping bag and purse. I don't like handing over my personal property. For this I will probably never shop here again. I always need to try items on before I buy them but felt uncomfortable the rest of my visit in the store. It is a super small store so you should have your inventory under control. You should trust your customers and if you don't... Then you need to implement better tactics before the customer goes into the fitting room. Sad because I really like this store. read more
