The sizes go up to XL and the bigger the size, the fewer options there are, but even shopping in women's L had plenty of choices for things like tops and pants (not as much the case as far as skirts and athletic pants). The prices are amazing, and there's a rewards program with a discount you can earn after spending a certain amount. During busy times, processing clothes that you are trying to sell them can take a long time, but they've got a pretty streamlined system, including a monitor that will update you with the progress of your potential sale. You can choose to take cash for your clothes or 25% more money in in-store credit.

No worries - I embarrassingly gathered up my kids' clothes next door, sold them, and came back to Uptown to shop! Found a couple of great looking jeans for the hubs and found him a brand name jacket that looks MONEY on him. What really BLEW my mind was I found a brand name jacket that looks like it was MADE FOR ME. And another maroon jacket that fit the bill as well. Not to mention a pair of RETRO/80s kicks that nostalgically takes me back to nine years of age. This is presently the hidden gem location that is UNTOUCHED right now. And yes, posting this review is going to affect that =)

They sell really good brands, and, for the most part, things are in really good condition. I have purchased a few things here and definitely have noticed their prices are more than their competitors (for the same brands). I will also say that I am not a fan of their customer service. Every time I've come here, I feel judged. The workers have been rude and not kind or helpful whatsoever. I've heard this from others as well. Will I continue to come back, as I have? Yes-only for the clothing. The lack of customer service will always be on my mind and communicated to my friends when Lu's is discussed.
