I asked him a bunch of questions about sprinklers and he was very generous with his information. One time I needed a piece of plexi-glass and a worker dug up a remnant for me. They are very knowlegable about paint and wood finish. They can make a copy of any key. I highly recommend them. The only thing I can think of that isn't five stars is their small parking lot and they are kind of out of the way.

One of the employees took the time to show me their new updated selection of boots and clothing as well. They exchanged the product, but no one apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience, and they didn't offer any kind of compensation for the time and effort I lost because an expired product was still on the shelf. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like my time didn't matter. Because of that, I won't be coming back.
