Fast forward a few years, and now she's giving... discount haunted house furniture. I recently asked an RC Willey salesman to look up my purchase so I wouldn't accidentally repeat history. He goes, "Oh that set? I've had mine for 30 years--it still looks amazing!" Sir. SIR. Either you bought a different galaxy version or you have a secret pact with your furniture. Another furniture pro finally gave me the tea: there are two ways to finish leather--staining (which sinks into the leather) and painting (which peels off like a bad spray tan). Guess which one mine is? Go ahead, I'll wait. Yep. I came home, wiped it with a cleaning rag, and watched white flecks come off like it was auditioning for The Walking Dead: Couch Edition. So here I am... 5 years and $lots later... with a cracked, flaking, prematurely aged sofa that screams, "Don't sit too hard or you'll catch a paint chip." Then today on 4/9/25 my mom calls in a panic. The under sink cabinet if FULL of water and flooded. I came over to find the dishwasher hose to the disposal not attached and water/disposal water ALL over! He didn't reattach the dishwasher hose and LEFT it to flood her new kitchen and cabinets!! He was very knowledgeable and efficient, getting everything set up in about an hour. When my phone was causing the CarPlay to glitch, he was very friendly and helped me troubleshoot until we got it working again. He was also reassuring and had great attention to detail, he was careful not to scratch my dashboard (something I was worried about) and the installation looks 100% professional. He even noticed one of my door speakers was going out and went out of his way to tune them a bit and recommend an affordable replacement on eBay. Instead of trying to sell me on something unnecessary, he gave me some pointers on how I could install it myself and save some money. It's always nice to find someone who genuinely puts the customer first like that. Really left a great impression and meant a lot. Matthew is definitely the guy to see if you need any car work done here!

It was under warranty and I purchased Total Protection. GS chat subsequently advised me that I had dropped the laptop and had to pay for the repair. I absolutely did not drop my laptop! Chat rep advised me that Lenovo has a tech who is an expert in drop detection! How frustrated would you be knowing you hadn't dropped your laptop yet they argue that you did! I approved the charge and advised I would be disputing this after the fact and he ended the chat. I've bought 15-20 computers here in the past 5 years for multiple businesses. After approving the repair I was advised the parts are on back order so I went to PC Laptops and bought a new one. Best Buy just lost a great customer who spends more than the average! Was it worth questioning my integrity? Brick and mortar is disappearing and a good business knows they can't lose good customers! I have a Lenovo laptop for sale now!

We need to replace a knob on our cook top, so asked them how much the part is. Service tech took a photo of there serial number and looked it up. He wants $850 for the knob and the connecting part! No repairs done, other than looking up the part. Charges us $150 in addition to the other $150 just for looking up the part!!! Their policy says that any additional appliances would be $75 to work on while they are there. First of all, no repairs were done, but even if they feel justified in tagging that on to looking up the part, it would be the $75. We asked why the extra $150. Their response was, "Because it's a Viking its a premium appliance so we charge more"! They just lost all our business and WILL NOT recommend them to anyone! BEWARE!
