We communicated by text with pictures and he was able to determine what parts would be needed. We set an appointment time several days later and he arrived on time, with the parts. He pulled the snowblower onto his trailer to do the work so that it would keep our garage and driveway clean. The work was completed as promised. He's a very nice man, the kind of person you would like to have as a neighbor. This was a great experience and I recommend him highly, without reservation.
