The nurses and doctors were amazing. Here's the part that's AWEFUL. The doctor called in her medication at 11am, my daughter confirmed with Walgreens that the medication was being filled at noon but they were busy and to come back in an hour. The medication was still not filled, so they came at 3pm and still couldn't get the medication filled. I went through the drive through at 7pm and the guy at the window said it wasn't ready and to come in and they'd get it filled. So of course I'm a bit frustrated at this point and when I come in, I go to the window and ask why it wasn't ready yet. The pharmacist, who's picture I've added said, she's in line and their getting everyone taken care of in a line. I'm sure I'm not the only one that thinks that heartburn, cold, pimple and other trivial ailments should not be taken care of before a girl that's been ripped open from hip to hip and is excruciating pain. He's treating this like a McDonalds restaurant. Not to mention, if there's a 40 minute wait at the drive through and nearly the same inside, SOMETHING IS WRONG! What is going on Walgreens? You're not doing a good job for the people you're serve.

Smiths advertises digital coupons and discount prices. But, I check my receipt after each time I…read morego and the prices are wrong on multiple items 3 out of 4 times. I always have to contact customer service and get a credit. It is nice I can get a credit, but on top of the lengthy time you have to search for relevant digital coupons, it is annoying you have to spend more time contacting customer service to fix their mistakes. Produce is often sketchy at this location too. With bad spots, rotten produce amongst the fresh, and produce that never ripens, or goes bad within a day or two of bringing it home. Items are frequently out of stock. Both sale items and regular items. Employees can rarely be found, except the ones that are shopping for customers and they don't want to answer your questions because they have to shop in a specific amount of time and get on to the next customer they are shopping for. Shelves are dirty frequently. I reported a shelf as sticky 4 weeks in a row and it never got cleaned. I gave up reporting it. But this store is better than the really overpriced one down the street and is really the only other one in the area. So I continue to go.

I haven't had to deal with the male pharmacist since I had my issue. The pharmacist Brittani has gone above and beyond to do everything she can legally to assist me. Most of my frustrations has been because of my DR. Making small mistakes on the prescriptions. Example 90 tablets but wrote take two tablets in the morning and forgot to write and 1 in the afternoon. So the pharmacy could only give me 60 tablets even though they are used to filling 90 every month. Overall if the prescription is correct or if the DR is available to talk to them and fix it Taylor Drug is hard to beat. Pro's 1. They follow Utah State refill laws 80% VS most chains will only refill when you are 90% out so 3 days before you run out. If you are going out of town or need it filled it's great to have a pharmacy that follows Utah's laws. 2. They are the fastest pharmacy I've ever been to by far! It's amazing how fast they can fill a Prescription. 3. They will go above and beyond to help out. Recently they assisted me in filling a 90 day on non controlled substances. Saving me hundreds of dollars. 4. A drive through big enough to pull a trailer through. 5. A compound pharmacy. They also carry toothpaste and it's half the cost that my dentists charges. 6. If I don't have my health savings card they will let me pay then come back and refund my money and charge my health savings card. Con's 1. The don't always accept some online coupons like GoodRX.
