Every time I visit this store they are well stocked with what I need. Conveniently located for me, I visit a lot and can buy a huge variety of items. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I sometimes forget they are closed on Sunday, but that is an unfortunate city ordinance. I haven't used the pharmacy, based on the reviews I suggest you avoid it until they step up their game, but for other needs and shopping, I highly recommend-it's the best store in the area! read more

I wish I could leave a zero star review. I was told a pharmacist would need to mix my meds and to come back in 15min. Well I pulled back up and it was 6:00 on the dot and they closed the window. Wouldn't give me my meds. Absolutely the WORST pharmacy I've ever been to with zero customer service. read more

Pharmacy is unbelievably slow! And unpublished lunch for the entire staff to take lunch at the same time. So, they close the pharmacy at 1:30... And to get a jump on lunch they may have "computer problems" adjacent to lunch. So plan on waiting at least 30-60 minutes to pick up a prescription and you may have to come back multiple times. read more

This Highland location is literally the worst. They have definitely earned the 2 star rating. Prescriptions (basics ones like amoxicillin) are NEVER ready on time, despite 12 hours of advance notice. Almost every time I go to pick up a prescription, they tell me it's not ready and it will be another 15 min...even when I know it was ordered as a refill the day prior. They are not proactive about communicating to the customer that medications are not available (frequently the case). I've been in the drive thru line for 15 min and then they just close the window for lunch when I finally get to the window. Currently i have been on hold for 14 minutes to try to talk to someone. I have never seen a CVS pharmacy this behind and disorganized. read more

Pull out of the drive-through, go inside, and told it's going to be a 15 min wait Really??? Why so slow? And if I look at the other reviews its basically the same comments. true review is zero stars but that's not an option. This pharmacy is awful. We needed a prescription for our dog. The vet called in and provided the prescription 3 times - each time the pharmacy claimed they didn't get it. Our vet provided the call logs to show but they still wouldn't accept. We then got a written prescription scanned by our vet that they wouldn't accept because it wasn't "written". So the vet called a 4th time! The phones are a joke, they wouldn't call the vet back or call themselves to confirm (despite it being their fault the prescription wasn't going through) and said the vet had to be the one to call. They claimed at first it's because we weren't existing patients (we are) - when we proved that false they then said, well because it's a new prescription for an existing patient they can't help. It's absolutely ridiculous and the worst service I've ever had - especially when you're dealing with a serious health emergency. I'm infuriated and stressed. read more

I started going to this cvs due to insurance listing them as a " preferred" pharmacy. I thought it couldn't be worse than Express Scripts, so I tried them out. Worst mistake EVER! I can never get any one to answer the phone, regardless of what part of the day it is. I've wasted hours just sitting on the phone to talk to a pharmacist. If they are just that busy, I suggest getting someone to just answer phones! It has been a nightmare. When I do have an RX to pick up, the wait at the drive-in is just as bad. The absolute slowest pharmacy I have ever used. I have called smiths and will be immediately transferring to them! No one has time to just wait. Step up CVS! read more

Second visit here and even though it's only been two visits, I've had premium, fantastic service each time! The first time I came in, one of the associates was so nice to my little girl, that she fave her a beanie baby from a promotion they were having. Second time today and I was greeted warmly by both associates up front and quickly asked me if I can be helped with anything. Although the first item I was looking for today (a thermos cooler for the car that stores cold drinks) was not available (they haven't received their summer items yet) I was able to get the second item I was looking for. In addition to that, I had 2 digital coupons that took six dollars off my total cost. One of the management team members, by the name of Bobby Allen, or AKA Eugene was the one who helped me check out my items and he went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer! Although this location is not the closest one to home, I will happily return because of the supreme customer service I received! read more

I don't know why I continue to use this pharmacy. Many of the pharmacy staff are completely rude with zero customer service skills. Each time I've had a prescription sent directly to the pharmacy, when I go to pick it up I'm told they're working on it and it will be another hour before it's ready. What's the point of sending it over if it's going to take forever to fill? Today was extra fun when I went to pick up a prescription that had been sent over and I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Just to be safe I waited an hour to come back and was met with a hostile pharmacist making excuses for why it still wasn't ready and would be another hour. As I was explaining why I was frustrated because I'd already been there once, he turned and walked away from me telling me there were 24 other prescriptions in front of mine. Thats fine, but then don't tell me it'll be ready in 15 minutes and still not have it ready an hour later. This pharmacy needs a complete OVERHAUL of its staff! read more

I spent literally an entire day trying to fill a prescription here. Through that process, I was told it would be ready and when I went to get it they didn't have it. I had to call them several times and wait on hold for 45 minutes, I was hung up on and when I went in for the second time they were closing early and told me tough luck try the American fork office! I had told them several times that I desperately needed the medication for my very sick child. They failed me that day. I will never go back. read more

This pharmacy has gone down hill fast. I've gone there for years and it was fine but for the third time in about 5 months I have waited a long time for service and then been told they don't have record of a script being called in. They blame it on everyone including their answering machine etc. so today was my last visit. They are too busy, the lines are long and the techs are short with the customers. read more

Trying to get information on why my daughters heart medication isn't there yet for 2 days now when she is on an auto refill every month! Waited on hold for 30 minutes! Our family uses CVS in Highland for all our pharmacy needs. I agree with the previous reviewer: we have also come to value the exceptional service offered by Cameron. He always seems to be the one helping us at the window, and he has helped us on numerous occasions when something came up with our insurance or with drug availability. Ok, I dropped my prescription off two days ago and was told it was going to be ready the next day. I was then told the next day that my prescription wasn't even processed and that they were out. So I come again today and they haven't even filled it. Other stores told me that highland had the drug in stock but I guess not. The night time crew is always so mean about what I'm filling. I feel like they think I'm a drug addict or something but I'm not since I have problems just like a normal person who needs the prescription to live normally. It's frustrating and I am going to start making the journey to AF since they know how to treat their customers right read more

I have used this pharmacy since it opened. There is one employee who I'm really impressed with. His name is Cameron. Cameron has gone above and beyond for my family to get our prescriptions filled through our insurance and to make sure we are cared for. His compassion and understanding are not things I typically see in pharmacy employees. He deserves a shout out for all he's done. If you use this pharmacy look for Cameron. He will make sure you're well taken care of! read more
