I appreciated the x rays and being able to get tested for certain things, although the tests were super expensive. I had a test done several months before that wasn't nearly as expensive and told me the exact same things that their report did. When I went to buy my supplements on that second visit, I was told I could only use their brand. So they totaled up the 7-8 supplements they said I needed and it was over $800!! I was totally shocked. I can't imagine paying that every month on top of their office visits and testing costs. They said I could just take a few of the most important ones now so they took some of them off the list. I asked how much each of them were and two of them were $150 for each bottle. Dr. Nick asked about it and the receptionist said that they had just raised their prices for those. I came home and looked on the main Wellness Way website where you can purchase some of the supplements online, and the ones they were wanting to charge me $150 for were $90 each. I was really not happy that they were going to charge me $60 more for each of those two supplements. Needless to say it left a really bad taste in my mouth and I haven't been back. If you're thinking of going here, just be warned that it is going to cost you a small fortune.

At my first visit I was thoroughly evaluated and X-rayed, which made me feel like my course of treatment was tailored to my injuries. Dr. Aldridge kept tabs on my progression, provided me with exercises, stretches, and other supplemental forms of treatment to speed up the healing. The adjustments left me feeling progressively more loose, which was nice after being so stiff from the accident. The hydro table and the roller bed are honestly magical. I ask to clarify, is the $49 just for the consultation, or does that include the full package that the Facebook deal mentioned? Annie said "The $49 is only for the consultation." So I ask, "Would I be able to get a refund? When I purchased the $49 deal, the site stated that I would receive" all the above sessions "for $49. Nowhere did it state that this price was merely a consultation to be followed up with even more of a cost. I would love a refund due to the false advertising." Annie then says "It is not false advertising. You do get all of those things at the consultation. That is exactly what the consultation is. I am not entirely sure what you think will happen in just one session? Its to TRY it. I am happy to request a refund." Annie. You could've easily just said "I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, I will gladly process that for you." You don't have to go out of your way to act like I'm an idiot. That was incredibly rude. That is of course a very important part. However, what you dont necessarily consider is all of the pre and post evaluations and care that are important to the surgery going well and the results being good for the long term. That is another area where Dr. Chidester is likely unmatched. He holds numerous pre and post op appointments. I remember when my wife told me about all of these extra appointments i thought, why does he want her to come back so much? I soon learned that was because he monitors the results constantly to check on how her body was responding to ensure they were not just excellent right after surgery, but for the long term. You dont really think about those types of issues. Additionally, from my understanding, most doctors do not provide such consistent after care. That is because it takes time for him to provide that type of care. He is losing out or delaying new consultations by providing that level of aftercare. When you are aware of how busy his office is, you realize that he is sacrificing money to provide the finest level of care. Overall, i am just highly impressed with dr chidester and his staff. Not only does he perform the finest surgeries, but his entire sphere of care seems to be unmatched. Maybe i am just enamored by wife's big, perfect breasts, but i think i am pretty objective. I think they will be perfect for a long time because of the level if care he and his staff provided us.
