The face feels more like an elaborate laboratory where we are all the guinea pigs. They're not real dentists or orthodontists. These are people that will clean your teeth or fill a cavity and put fake braces on your teeth. However, if you have any real issues with your teeth you need to go someplace else and they are happy to make you referrals. They use a brand similar to Invisalign called sure smile. The price that was quoted to me was $3,900 but I believe you can get it done much cheaper at other places.

She required extractions, implants, and ultimately crowns--a process that understandably required multiple appointments over an extended period of time. Throughout her treatment, Dr. Rigby's bedside manner was noticeably lacking. On one occasion, my wife was left sitting in the dental chair for more than an hour after being numbed and prepared for treatment. No apology was offered, nor was there any effort made to communicate the delay or check on her well-being. The office staff also appeared consistently disorganized when handling her case. Because this treatment stemmed from a workplace injury, it was being processed through Workers' Compensation rather than personal insurance. Despite this being clearly established from the beginning, we found ourselves having to remind the staff at nearly every appointment that the claim was work-related and should not be billed to us personally. What is most frustrating is that years later, we were sent to collections over a disputed balance of $294.17 and subsequently served with a lawsuit. Considering the extensive treatment history and the repeated billing confusion created by the office, it was shocking to see such an aggressive approach taken over such a small amount. Dishearteningly, throughout this experience my wife and I often felt unwelcome and disrespected. As a married lesbian couple and members of the LGBTQ+ community, we left multiple interactions feeling that we were not afforded the same courtesy, compassion, and professionalism that every patient deserves. Whether intentional or not, the overall tone and treatment we received created an environment that felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Healthcare settings should be places where all patients feel safe, supported, and valued, regardless of sexual orientation or family structure. I spent roughly 90 minutes at this office and received about 2-5 minutes of hands-on chiropractic care. Before Dr. Baird had any real understanding of my injury, he was already going over my follow-up visit. He explained he was going to do some vague prodding around my head that could cause unknown reactions anywhere in my body, but that it would definitely be connected to my healing. When I pressed him on that -- the logic didn't feel consistent to me -- he moved past the question with more vague phrasing about how pain can mean you're healing. He then spent a few minutes working my back -- which I could feel helping -- but stopped quickly and moved me to another room for electric stimulation therapy. During the head prodding, when I honestly said nothing stood out as especially sensitive, he eventually commented something like "maybe it really is just your muscle." Combined with how briefly he worked the area that seemed to help, it left me feeling he had a sense of what would actually benefit me but chose a different course. I went home no better than I arrived. After some research, a back roller and massage gun used about 15 minutes twice a day resolved most of my pain within a few days. I'll also note that explicitly Christian music played throughout the visit and spiritual causes for my pain were raised multiple times. For a first visit with a new provider, that felt out of place. The staff were genuinely kind, which I want to acknowledge. My concern is with the care itself and how quickly return visits were prioritized over diagnosing the issue.
