I had to bring my 3 yr old with me and specifically told that receptionist that if she had to use the bathroom, to let me know....after my session was done my daughter told me she peed her pants because they wouldn't come get me. When confronted, the receptionist just rolled her eyes and told me that I wasn't allowed to stop my session. I left and never came back....until today. I had to come back for some post surgery therapy and I needed someplace close to home so I could leave my older kids in charge for an hour. While I was never referred to as 'girl' or 'girlfriend' I did hear other therapists referring to their patients that way. 'Hey girl!' 'You go girl' 'Hey girlfriend'. I had Preston as my therapist and he was awesome to work with.
