All the staff were really kind and helped me get things figured out with insurance, which I greatly appreciated. At my first visit I was thoroughly evaluated and X-rayed, which made me feel like my course of treatment was tailored to my injuries. Dr. Aldridge kept tabs on my progression, provided me with exercises, stretches, and other supplemental forms of treatment to speed up the healing. The adjustments left me feeling progressively more loose, which was nice after being so stiff from the accident. The hydro table and the roller bed are honestly magical. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Maybe it's not the whole company, but speaking over text to Annie definitely didn't serve me too well. I found a $49 deal on Facebook that included a Laser Contouring Session, a Whole-Body Vibration Therapy Session, a Whole-Body Composition Analysis, a Comprehensive Weight Loss Assessment, and a Personalized Strategy Session. It also states at the very top, "No Catches Or Obligations, Just $49!" That's awesome, I thought, I'll get that! So I buy it and they reach out to me to set up a consultation. I ask to clarify, is the $49 just for the consultation, or does that include the full package that the Facebook deal mentioned? Annie said "The $49 is only for the consultation." So I ask, "Would I be able to get a refund? When I purchased the $49 deal, the site stated that I would receive" all the above sessions "for $49. Nowhere did it state that this price was merely a consultation to be followed up with even more of a cost. I would love a refund due to the false advertising." Annie then says "It is not false advertising. You do get all of those things at the consultation. That is exactly what the consultation is. I am not entirely sure what you think will happen in just one session? Its to TRY it. I am happy to request a refund." Annie. You could've easily just said "I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, I will gladly process that for you." You don't have to go out of your way to act like I'm an idiot. That was incredibly rude. You're treating me like that and we're supposed to trust you to help others and educate them on their bodies? I am more than happy to spend more than $49 elsewhere to get someone who will, at the very least, PRETEND to care and be helpful. Thanks Annie. At least I got my refund. Edit - not sure why Yelp says I'm in San Francisco CA, I'm in Midvale?

*** First of all, there is a one star review here complaining about billing by their psychologist…read more I believe that this review is misplaced as Mountain West Chiropractic has no psychologist. Came here to try them out through a Facebook special for $49 which provided a free soft wave treatment. Trying to find a doctor that I feel very comfortable with. I wish I could remember the doctor's name, but he was very informative and pleasant as was his receptionist. I enjoyed getting to know him and talking about a common interest that we have. Soft wave is a miracle treatment that, of course, insurance companies do not cover because, of course, the AMA doesn't give it a billing code. This defies logic and common sense, of course, because the insurance companies would rather cover much more expensive treatments and procedures instead of this highly cost effective and just plain effective treatment. If you've seen any ads for soft wave treatment with patients suffering from joint pain or stiffness or other ailments, they are true. Let me tell you about my story. I had tweaked an injury to my right shoulder almost a year and a half ago. This limited my mobility and kept me from doing active things like throwing a ball. Even simple things like putting on a necktie or washing my back. There were definite movements that I could not do without pain or limited mobility, like reaching up high. This doctor gave me at least 15 minutes of soft wave therapy (it felt like longer) and it's crazy!--it works immediately. I could reach higher and every mobility issue improved. Doing soft wave instead of surgery? No brainer. I wish this had been available years ago so that I didn't have to go through partially successful surgery that took many sessions of PT for only partial recovery. The technology behind it is that it increases blood flow, can increase bone density, and as far as I can understand, sort of "tricks" cells into a self-healing mode. You can research this yourself, though, it's not the purpose of this review. And of course, it has been in use in Europe for years before the US approved of it. Invented by German doctors to shatter kidney stones. After the soft wave therapy, he gave me an additional treatment with some sort of supplemental electromagnet treatment that also works in deep tissue. It was a pad that produced pulses. I don't remember the exact name of this treatment. His prices are comparable to everyone else's. I would definitely recommend that you try him out. When my financial situation improves, I'm definitely going to pursue this and make an appointment. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in extraordinary hands. Dr. Taylor is not only a gifted Physical Therapist -- he is also an Osteopath, and that distinction made all the difference. On my very first visit, he provided a comprehensive osteopathic treatment, followed by stim therapy and aquatic therapy. I left feeling dramatically better than when I arrived, and with a clear, structured 6-week rehabilitation plan ahead of my next orthopedic surgeon appointment. That level of thoroughness and intentionality on a first visit is rare. What truly moved me, however, was this: I came in for my knee, but the fall had also aggravated an old neck injury. Without me even having to ask, Dr. Taylor took the time to assess and treat both areas. That kind of attentive, whole-person care is something you simply don't encounter every day. PT assistant Jackson was equally outstanding -- professional, warm, and genuinely invested in my recovery. He went above and beyond in every way. I leave feeling not just physically better, but hopeful and confident. I know my recovery will be swift because I am in truly excellent hands. Thank you, Dr. Taylor and Jackson -- and thank you, Fyzical Therapy, for the exceptional care you provide. I cannot recommend you highly enough. FYZICAL in Orem is THE place to go for pelvic floor physical therapy. I was referred here by my…read moresurgeon after my hysterectomy. Pelvic floor PT involves everything from the diaphragm to the pelvic floor - it's so much more (and so much better!) than you think! My therapist, Kimball, is so kind and incredibly knowledgeable. He treats me with respect and explains everything to my satisfaction. He did a thorough assessment and created a personalized therapy plan for me. I always feel comfortable and safe with him. The PTAs, Lexi and Julie, are AMAZING. These women really know their stuff. They are both kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and intuitive. They give me the right exercises to strengthen the right muscles to help my pelvis, back, SI joints, etc. While I'm there, I have a private room and receive one on one attention. We do the stretches, exercises, and other therapeutic activities (e.g., massage, cupping) that I can't do at home. They follow my plan but make changes as needed depending on how I'm doing and feeling. The front desk staff and other assistants are also wonderful. They are always helpful and kind. The rooms are always clean and everything is tidy. They take good care of you here. I'm making excellent progress, so when my insurance ran out (I'm limited to 20 visits/plan year) I kept going. I'm paying out of pocket because it's helping so much. It's absolutely worth it. I have chronic, debilitating low back pain and I've had two ablations done. With this therapy, I function so much better with less pain. I don't plan to get another ablation done. Pelvic floor PT really works. Anyone whose had a baby, abdominal surgery, experiences incontinence, has a prolapse of any kind, etc. would benefit from this therapy. You have to do the work but it's totally worth it. FYZICAL has an app where they load all the exercises you need to do at home. They each have a video in case you forget how to do them. This is one of my favorite things. I'm motivated by streaks so it helps me do my exercises every day. You can also make appointments using the app. For pelvic floor PT, it's essential you see the right therapists. In my opinion, FYZICAL is the only place to go. The therapists and PTAs are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and highly trained in pelvic floor PT. They're the best! I would never go anywhere else.

I spent roughly 90 minutes at this office and received about 2-5 minutes of hands-on chiropractic care. Before Dr. Baird had any real understanding of my injury, he was already going over my follow-up visit. He explained he was going to do some vague prodding around my head that could cause unknown reactions anywhere in my body, but that it would definitely be connected to my healing. When I pressed him on that -- the logic didn't feel consistent to me -- he moved past the question with more vague phrasing about how pain can mean you're healing. He then spent a few minutes working my back -- which I could feel helping -- but stopped quickly and moved me to another room for electric stimulation therapy. During the head prodding, when I honestly said nothing stood out as especially sensitive, he eventually commented something like "maybe it really is just your muscle." Combined with how briefly he worked the area that seemed to help, it left me feeling he had a sense of what would actually benefit me but chose a different course. I went home no better than I arrived. After some research, a back roller and massage gun used about 15 minutes twice a day resolved most of my pain within a few days. I'll also note that explicitly Christian music played throughout the visit and spiritual causes for my pain were raised multiple times. For a first visit with a new provider, that felt out of place. The staff were genuinely kind, which I want to acknowledge. My concern is with the care itself and how quickly return visits were prioritized over diagnosing the issue.
