Great, professional office. Made an appointment for a massage and adjustment as a new patient. They didn't yank me around and try to put me on some BS "treatment plan". Massage therapist was great and experienced. Chiropractor gave me the adjustment I needed with great communication. read more

I was in an accident a couple months ago and had never been to a chiropractor before. Dry Creek and Dr. Aldridge were recommended to me by a family member and I wasn't sure what to expect. All the staff were really kind and helped me get things figured out with insurance, which I greatly appreciated. At my first visit I was thoroughly evaluated and X-rayed, which made me feel like my course of treatment was tailored to my injuries. Dr. Aldridge kept tabs on my progression, provided me with exercises, stretches, and other supplemental forms of treatment to speed up the healing. The adjustments left me feeling progressively more loose, which was nice after being so stiff from the accident. The hydro table and the roller bed are honestly magical. I can't say enough good things about this place. read more

Not sure how their actual services are, but I can tell you that you should go somewhere else purely due to their lack of professionalism and common courtesy. Maybe it's not the whole company, but speaking over text to Annie definitely didn't serve me too well. I found a $49 deal on Facebook that included a Laser Contouring Session, a Whole-Body Vibration Therapy Session, a Whole-Body Composition Analysis, a Comprehensive Weight Loss Assessment, and a Personalized Strategy Session. It also states at the very top, "No Catches Or Obligations, Just $49!" That's awesome, I thought, I'll get that! So I buy it and they reach out to me to set up a consultation. I ask to clarify, is the $49 just for the consultation, or does that include the full package that the Facebook deal mentioned? Annie said "The $49 is only for the consultation." So I ask, "Would I be able to get a refund? When I purchased the $49 deal, the site stated that I would receive" all the above sessions "for $49. Nowhere did it state that this price was merely a consultation to be followed up with even more of a cost. I would love a refund due to the false advertising." Annie then says "It is not false advertising. You do get all of those things at the consultation. That is exactly what the consultation is. I am not entirely sure what you think will happen in just one session? Its to TRY it. I am happy to request a refund." Annie. You could've easily just said "I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, I will gladly process that for you." You don't have to go out of your way to act like I'm an idiot. That was incredibly rude. You're treating me like that and we're supposed to trust you to help others and educate them on their bodies? I am more than happy to spend more than $49 elsewhere to get someone who will, at the very least, PRETEND to care and be helpful. Thanks Annie. At least I got my refund. Edit - not sure why Yelp says I'm in San Francisco CA, I'm in Midvale? read more

The staff is very helpful and professional. Dr. Walker is thorough and listens carefully to my needs.

Working from home and sitting in my office hunched over my laptop for extended periods of time has really caused some strain on my back. I was able to get some pain relief after just one adjustment, now I want to go all the time. Dr. Walker is caring, yet quick and efficient. Highly recommend Dry Creek Chiropractic if you need a new chiropractor in the Lehi/Highland area. read more

I had gone in (for a free exam based on their website) - this was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor so I was surprised when it wasn't really an exam but A typically session that I of course ended up paying for. They told me I had to come back in 1 week which I was reluctant to do, I didn't want to pay another $50 just one week later. They were persistent I had to so I did. Following up after this appointment, they told me there was still "work" that needed to be done and that I needed to come again one week later. At this point I didn't want to come back a third week and pay another $50, three weeks in a row. I decided not to show up to the appointment and there was no call or email sent asking if I needed to reschedule or why I wasn't there.....I was shocked. If it was so important for me to come back a third week, wouldn't you call? Clearly it wasn't.... Anyways, the doctor did a great job but I felt like a dollar sign to them. It seemed like they were trying to get me to come as many times as possible, even if it wasn't absolutely necessary. read more

I scheduled a massage and was very happy with the experience. Setting up the appointment was easy, I was attended to right when I walked in, the massage was wonderful, and paying for the services was easy. The atmosphere was professional, yet comfortable. It had snowed and was quite cold that day, and I was happily surprised that the massage bed was heated. I would recommend, and return for further services. read more

Very flexible with schedule and does a great job! Dr aldridge knows his stuff. The pillow they have there saved my neck as well

Chill place to get adjusted. Dr. Aldridge is cool and made me feel comfortable. He gave me options and explained everything to me. Will go back again after the pandemic is over. read more

I received individualized attention and treatment. Dr. Walker respected my concerns and opinions. I wasn't always comfortable with Chiropractics, nor had a lot of success with previous Chiropractors. However, Dr. Walker has targeted my issues and efficiently helped me work on repairing them. read more

WON'T ADJUST YOU ON YOUR FIRST VISIT! X-RAYS ONLY! I wish someone had told me this!!!! I went there with back pain and was in desperate need of an adjustment.Carrying a too-heavy purse always takes my back and hips off-balance. An adjustment is NOT what happened. He wouldn't do anything the first visit. He only took x-rays and told me he had to have someone look over them before he could do anything. I am your standard patient. I've never broken my back or anything. So he honestly sent me away with the same back pain and told me to reschedule. I declined and went to my regular chiropractor in a farther city. I have been to a few different chiropractors in different states and this guy was the only one I've ever encountered who refuses to adjust anyone on the first visit. Also, the first one who takes X-rays. I regret not leaving before he took my expensive and unnecessary X-rays. read more

I've been to several chiropractors for my neck over the last ten years, but Dr Walker is the best! I've had neck pain for so long and tried so many things, that I really didn't expect a ton of improvement- when you get desperate you just have to DO something, even when you have no hope. After three visits I am almost pain free. Shock and awe... That's all I can say. Dr walker made that happen, and I'm totally sold! read more

I like this Chropractor very helpful for all the people knocking it down are aware of how expensive it is to run a business and also they are taken X-Rays so they know how to fix your back problem. Do not complain if you never had a business and you came to them so your fault if you do not like them. I think there great I been to other Chropractor they do more then any other Chropractor I been to before. Thanks Dry Creek Chiropractic. read more

I loved this place! They really gave me the treatment, starting with a 15 minute Hydro massage then a consultation with Dr Aldridge an a-ray, adjustment and then to top it off he put me on this really cool roller bed that really helped my back relax after the adjustment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! The price is Right also! read more

I called in and scheduled a massage appointment for the next day. The receptionist was very nice and professional. I arrive at my appointment the next day a few minutes early, and after filling out the pre massage questionnaire, I sit waiting for a few minutes while the gentleman at the front desk calls the massage therapist, who tells him she wasn't aware of an appointment and that she could be there in an hour, if necessary. After the phone call, I was told they were sorry and that there was nothing they could do, no free message or adjustment, nothing, just a wasted half hour (with travel time). Until they update their scheduling system or hire a massage therapist that is on top of their schedule, I probably will not go back to them. read more
