They set up a time but my sister went into labor a few days before so she had to cancel. In the process of trying to rebook another appointment, it has been extremely frustrating trying to get ahold of anyone. They stopped responding to her texts so I jump in trying to get it scheduled and it's radio silence. At this point I just want a refund if she's not willing to provide the service but no one will return my calls. For the price compared to others it wasn't the BEST massage I've ever had and the room was a little chilly I guess. I read that in some reviews. They give you the option to dress down and wear robes and slippers while you wait for your service in their lounge area. They also provide lockers with your name on them so you can store all of your belongings and have a place to change. It really adds to the luxurious experience from the beginning to end. I am still recovering from a work injury and have been trying all kinds of things to help. One of…read morethe things I thought may help is a nice little massage on my problem areas. I was able to get in within a day or two, which was super awesome! I wasn't 100% sure what to do but the masseuse was super great about walking me through everything. I had never gotten a massage before so it felt weird to strip down in someone's office lol. She didn't once make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable for not knowing what to do. As we got the massage, she could tell that there was major issues going on with the muscles in my shoulders, upper back, and neck. She worked through them really well and used just the right amount of pressure. I also loved the warm towels mixed with the Deep Blue Gel. It made for a very soothing experience. We also had a great chat about life while I was getting my massage, which was nice so it wasn't awkward. The atmosphere when we weren't talking though, was also great. It was calming and relaxing. I look forward to my visit in a few weeks!

I now feel confident in continuing my business at Calming Touch in the future.*** Very disappointed in the unethical and unprofessional practices I was surprised to learn of. I went here for prenatal massages and it was great! I was recently given a gift card for a 60 minute massage so I scheduled with Brianna. She was extremely knowledgeable and it was a great massage! The issues I have are not with her, they are with how the business is run. The stars are for Brianna. 1. My massage was scheduled for 12:40 and When I was told we were finished the clock read 1:30. When I asked why we ended 10 minutes early Brianna informed me that at Calming Touch they massage for 10 minutes less than the time you pay for (I.e. a 50 minute massage when you paid for a 60 minute massage) even if you arrive early so your massage begins on time. 2. I had a coupon from referring a family member that I used during checkout. When I went to pay with my gift card I was informed I was not allowed to use a gift card if I have any discount applied to the price of my massage. So I had to pay out of pocket. *I will note that nowhere on the website or at the location does it say this is a rule, so I found it very frustrating, especially after paying for 60 minutes and being told I only get 50. This does not happen at other massage companies (i much experience in managing a massage business and attending multiple) and it was extremely disappointing to find out. I cannot in good conscience recommend this location anymore to my friends and family as I now know we aren't getting what we paid for.
