*The FDA has not evaluated studies or clinical claims related to any potential benefits of…read morehalotherapy* I came to support a woman-owned business on Small Business Saturday. A friend and I reserved a couple of spots in the salt cave to meditate and relax before dinner. It wasn't quite the experience we were hoping for. On arrival, 15 minutes before the session, the front office area was somewhat chaotic with staff + owner hurriedly putting up oversized holiday decor with a 15 foot ladder in the entryway. It felt like an odd time to do that when clients were coming in for a restful experience. Check-in was seamless and easy, though. Staff were all very friendly. As I settled in to prepare for the session, there was a lot of noise from the check in area that distracted from the initial experience. When the salt cave session started, it was again difficult to relax as the motor that generates the NaCl aerosol into the room was making quite a racket. I finally got up to let the staff know, but they said that's just the way it is. This wasn't relaxing white noise. This sounded like a belt on a motor that was at its end. It was very distracting and made it difficult to enjoy the experience. When the session time was up, a staff member abruptly opened the door and announced the session was over, and to leave quickly so the next session could start. (!?) I'd like to suggest incorporating a chime or gong into the sound system or have a staff member use a chime to gently bring clients back to awareness (if they were able to block out the motor noise). Overall, the salt cave is gorgeous and absolutely has a grounding presence, but some of the interactions were really clumsy and distracted from the potential of what this experience could be. I also found all the products for sale (crystals and essential oils) and plastic oversized holiday decor as indicators that this is more likely a commercial venture than holistic healing. That's fine, but be advised.

Each visit has been healing, relaxing, and I leave feeling rejuvenated. The energy mapping they offer is so beneficial. I left with a picture of my aura, and the knowledge of things to work on to help with the balance of my chakras. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Purify Wellness Center, and plan to return myself.

After having knee surgery, I was desperate to find a massage therapy place that will aid me in…read morebetter recovery and to get a better range of motion. I'm so glad I found this place after much research! I'm a pretty paranoid patient when it comes to someone touching my knee after surgery so I was so lucky and privileged to have found Sarah, who is such a pleasure to work with. She really listens to your needs, concerns, and areas of the body where better circulation needs to improve. On first visits, she gave me a lymphatic massage which really opened up my body's circulatory system to just have better blood flow, specifically the injured area, the knee. According to their website, "This modality is designed to assist the draining of toxins through the lymphatic system, a complex network of vessels, tissues and organs. Proper lymphatic draining can result in better moods, clearer skin, improved circulation, and increased energy." I've had this massage performed by Sarah a handful of times now and it really helped my body overall to just move better and feel better from within. As she suggested, it's also good to get this message when seasons change. Dr. Bob Lindberg is also a good chiropractor who also performed gua sha on my leg/around the knee area too.

Clean place. Nice amenities for after floating with the hair dryer, brush and products…read more I have only been to one other float place and it was a more dedicated floating place in another state. I love that this place has a brush and hair products for when you get out and you can get ready to go in the room where you float. What I didn't love about this place compared to my one other experience is the float tank, if you want it dark is not completely dark because of the holes that let air out in the top and the prep room has light. I also couldn't figure out any music no matter what buttons I pressed. Also, the "air" that touched my body while floating was cool so I felt a little cold the entire hour. Even though I took the recommendation not to take a hot shower because the water was closer to 93 so it could feel like your body temp. I was just kind of cold the entire time. The staff was nice but I felt a little rushed by the older lady telling me I had 5 minutes to shower and get in the float pool before my hour session started. Found this place on ClassPass. When I checked our the staff didn't know what that was and asked me to wait while they called someone. I should have prepared for that because it unfortunately made me late to my next appointment and cut my time with them short. I would recommend calling ahead and line that up if that's an issue for you or leave extra time. Another difference is the place I went to before had more of a relaxation period before to get your mind ready. I couldn't and didn't completely relax while I was in there and no one asked me how my experience was after my float. They do have massage at this place so maybe if you go try a massage first then float? But when I'm back here I don't plan on repeating this exact experience.

She fixed me on day one! Now I go to her any time I hurt! She refers to herself as "jumper cables" because she doesn't like to see you often and won't set up months of regular scheduled costly appointments! You just go when you need a quick adjustment and pain relief. She's worked miracles on me. She is very knowledgeable, and can notice my body out of alignment that I don't even see. Like if you're having pain it could be how you walk or sit or sleep and she teaches you what to do to be out of pain. Highly recommend before seeing a chiropractor or surgeon!
