Awesome massage therapy with Laura today. At the beginning, she was very attentive to what I shared regarding my pain points, and then designed a 90 minute therapy session to address ALL of the issues I pointed out. She used craniosacral, cupping, IASTM, and deep tissue. Super knowledgeable, very skilled, and a deft hand in terms of being smooth, sensitive, and strong as needed. I left feeling so much better. I'd definitely recommend Wasatch Therapeutic Massage and Laura to anyone. They are awesome! read more

I recently won a free hour-long massage from the Provo Library, so naturally, I cashed that in yesterday at Wasatch Therapeutic Massage. Allison, the owner, is fantastic. From the moment I called to ask a few questions--like how it would work since I'm in a wheelchair--she was super friendly and accommodating. She paired me with the perfect therapist, Katelyn, who was nothing short of amazing. When I arrived, Katelyn was outside waiting to greet me. Talk about service! We went into the room, and I noticed they had moved the massage table to one side to make room for my chair. Since I can't easily transfer out of my chair, Katelyn just went ahead and did the massage right there. Now, let me tell you, my body is basically one big knot--it probably feels like a rock climbing wall--but Katelyn worked her magic and got everything relaxed. I walked--well, rolled--out of there feeling like a new person. Wasatch Therapeutic Massage offers a bunch of services: Therapeutic Massage, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Craniosacral, Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping Therapy, and Aromatherapy. I only met Allison and Katelyn, but I'm pretty sure the rest of the therapists are just as awesome. If you're into supporting small businesses (and you should be), you've got to check them out. I'm definitely going back, and I'm thinking of adding some Reiki to the mix next time. read more

I can't say enough about this place. It's AMAZING. And that's saying something, considering I've been to massage centers in Spain and New York City. Read that again. Yes. Spain and New York City massage places didn't even come close to the quality of care I was given at Wasatch Therapeutic Massage. I used to come once a month and I was always stoked when my appointment came around. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful. I was nervous about coming for the first time, since it was my first ever massage too, but everyone there made me feel comfortable and at ease. They keep everything so clean and soothing. The rooms are all lovely with their murals and calming music. It's all so comfortable and cozy - which makes it really hard to leave! And all for the best price you could ask for, which is a big plus! Afton was my massage therapist from day one and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. She was always sweet, easy to talk to, and gave the most incredible massages. She would point out the tighter spots in my body and cater each massage to softening those tighter spots. I always felt like a trillion bucks whenever I had an appointment with her. I moved to Pittsburgh for grad school and I've never been able to find a massage therapist even close to as good as Afton. New York and Spain didn't hold a candle to her abilities! I miss her tremendously and I highly recommend her to everyone in Provo in need of a massage. Totally worth it, folks! She's the best! read more

Literally walked into WTM for the first time today to get help to walk through some emotional work I needed help with processing. Cheyenne had never met me before but intuitively knew what I needed and took me through my first Reiki session with such compassion ... she is a true healer. Next I had a massage with Afton. Before Afton started my massage Cheyenne and Afton connected to discuss what was best for me in my massage. Afton was so kind and intuitive. Another true healer in her craft. Thank you both for helping me process my emotional pain. Today is the first day of the rest of my life, I'm happy it started with you two! read more

I did a reiki session with Cheyenne and it was one of the most incredible experiences of my life! Not only was it calming and relaxing, but she had insights to my life that helped me process the challenges I am facing in my life. It was surprising how intuitive she was and I would highly recommend her! Cheyenne did a great job and as a Reiki master, she is very skilled and her energy is calming and welcoming. read more

Had a fantastic experience here! I came into town and called to see if they could fit me and my two daughters in on short notice. They went to the trouble of asking an extra therapist to come in so that we could all get massages together the very next day! Great customer service! The massages were all wonderful. I personally had Billie Jean, who was so professional and skilled. I would highly recommend her if you like a deep tissue massage. And the price is very reasonable. $60 for a one hour massage. I would definitely come here again! read more

Just left feeling like a million bucks... WITHOUT spending even close to that much. I was lucky enough to get a massage by one of Wasatch's apprentices, Kristen and it was AMAZING! The best part was that the price was super discounted because she is still "learning" but that girl was GOOD. I did not feel like she was lacking any skills. I made another appointment with her for my husband before even leaving. $30 bucks for 60 minutes... yep you heard me right. Apprentice rubs for the win! I am pregnant and so I was worried it may cause an issue but she had a special pillow for me that was perfect. I wanted to sleep in it like a little happy pregnant cocoon. I told her what areas were a problem for me and so she focused on them and then still had time to tickle .. I mean massage my fancy. I felt like my time was used perfectly and I almost felt like my 60 minutes felt like more than an hour... which never happens. I also loved that they put a mint on my pillow when I arrived. I ate that sucker immediately. The ambiance was great. The facility was clean and very quiet. The rooms are painted beautifully but since my head was in a pillow the whole time I barely noticed. My biggest issue was that the outside was kinda dumpy looking and it was hard to find. It was in building 7 of like 15 randomly placed buildings. But I found it and it was all good in the little provo hood. I will definitely be back... probably sooner than later. read more

Best massage I've ever had! I would strongly recommend Jaede! I have been training for a marathon for the last six months and was very tight. I left feeling loose and refreshed. Jaede is definitely in tune with what your muscles need! read more

I went in for a 60-minute therapeutic massage last week and walked away impressed and refreshed. Dana was excellent as she listened to where I had pain points and focused on fixing them. She applied the right amount of pressure. The office is nice as are the treatment rooms; nothing lavish, but very suitable. The later hours are a plus and I will come again when I travel to Provo! read more

I was in town for a wedding and my wife and I went to Wasatch Therapeutic Massage based on the recommendation of my brother who lives locally. We will certainly be going back even though we live in southern CA. My massage was done by Jaede and my wife's massage was done by Billie Jean. When we got out we both remarked that those were the best massages we ever had! I would strongly recommend Jaede and my wife would strongly recommend Billie Jean to friends and family traveling to the Provo area. Exceptional experience. read more
