She has such a deep knowledge of anatomy and will move me (my head, legs, arms) around to best target muscles rather than just having me lay completely flat and doing surface level. It was a hot day, so we asked for no hot stones. The massages were just okay. My massage therapist did a lot of rubbing with his forearm with very little technique, so he did not get any knots out. It did not seem like he knew what he was doing to get knots out, since I requested more pressure but nothing really changed about the massage. My partner's massage had more technique to it, but was light on pressure. Overall, the massages were just okay and I'm not sure we would come back. It was annoying too that they still did hot stone massages even though we specifically asked for no hot stones. For $70 an hour, the prices were on par with other comparable places in the area, but just not as good.
