I'm really disappointed with how my refund request has been handled. My membership has now been canceled, but I have emailed multiple times asking about the refund and have received no response at all. The employees at the Orem location have actually been very kind and helpful, but they've told me they do not have the authority to issue refunds and that I have to keep contacting management directly. I've now made repeated attempts to resolve this privately and still cannot get anyone to respond. They have ignored every email and there is no phone number to call. I completely understand that refunds may need to be reviewed, but ignoring multiple emails is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would be happy to update this review if someone reaches out and resolves the issue.

It was a hot day, so we asked for no hot stones. The massages were just okay. My massage therapist did a lot of rubbing with his forearm with very little technique, so he did not get any knots out. It did not seem like he knew what he was doing to get knots out, since I requested more pressure but nothing really changed about the massage. My partner's massage had more technique to it, but was light on pressure. Overall, the massages were just okay and I'm not sure we would come back. It was annoying too that they still did hot stone massages even though we specifically asked for no hot stones. For $70 an hour, the prices were on par with other comparable places in the area, but just not as good.

She thinned my hair way too much after I said I wanted volume, she said it was to "add texture" but now I know it's because she was trying to fix her mistake to the point where it felt uneven and way less full than before. The layers were also cut the wrong way and didn't blend at all--it just looked choppy and awkward. I tried to trust the process while I was in the chair, but once it was done, I knew something was off. It didn't frame my face right and honestly just didn't look like a professional job nothing was even. I ended up having to go to someone else to fix it, which cost me even more time and money. A haircut is supposed to make you feel better, not stressed about how to fix it after. If you're looking to walk out less happy than when you walked in, this is definitely the place to go.
