I absolutely ove this place! I go here often, the massage therapists are amazing. However, you must see Allison! I highly recommend her for deep tissue and I will continue to keep going back! They are reasonably priced, amazing service, and you should just book the 90 minute massage because you'll wish you did anyway. :) Thank you Alison read more

This is my go to spot for a facial or massage while visiting Utah!!! They do a great job and I definitely recommend and will return!!!! Very clean, polite and accommodating during appointment setting. read more

I rarely get massages but was given a gift card. I can't say enough good about Brooke! Oh goodness I felt like I was in heaven. She's been massaging for 10 yrs and it surely shows. Right amount of pressure ! Just so relaxing . read more

Brooke is amazing. I had a deep tissue massage and she truly knows the body intuitive, intentional, and incredibly healing. This was way more than a standard massage. I left feeling completely reset. Highly recommend booking with her at Premier Day Spa. read more

Gifted this to a friend for her birthday and she loved it!! She had a pedicure and said they did a great job and the spa was so nice and cutely decorated. read more

This place is the best spot to get massages. Brooke does a massage where she walks on you!! It is incredible!! Mauricio, Elsa and the rest of the staff know how to run things. I've never had a bad massage there. All of the therapists are AWESOME!! read more

I found Premier Day Spa based on their excellent reviews and booked a deep tissue massage. The room was very comfortable and very clean, with soothing music, comfortable table, and low relaxing lighting. Yesenia focused on my neck and shoulders immediately as I had asked. She provided a warm compress around my neck as she moved on to other areas. She used hot rocks very effectively to loosen very tight areas on my back and neck. Yesenia used the massage oil sparingly which pleased me. I will definitely be back and will request Yesenia again. She gave me the best massage I've ever had and had a pleasant demeanor. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend. read more

I wish I could gatekeep this salon but I can't. After a visit with Brooke, years of back pain that I have seen doctors for, gone to chiropractors, etc, have finally started to go away. She made the experience so comfortable and relaxing. I have booked appointments for every week until the end of the month. She is so great! And I am so excited to go back! read more

I called in to specifically request a cranial-sacral session - not a massage. I spoke with the owner, I think her name was Elsa (?), who assured me this was offered and she told me the name of the therapist she would book me in with, with the promise that this therapist was trained in cranial-sacral therapy. I arrived at my appointment, and after 10 minutes on the table, I discovered that the therapist I was paired with had zero training in cranial-sacral. She was quite embarrassed that the owner effectively lied to me. On top of that, the spa is located under a grocery store and the sound of thumping and banging for the 10 minutes I was on the table was very loud and distracting. If you are reading this review, dear owner, I ask you to please not waste anyone else's time (I drove 1hr and 20 minutes round trip to go the appointment which was over in 10 minutes) by being dishonest about what services you provide. read more

I had an amazing experience at Premier Day Spa. My aunts bought me a pedicure and European facial for my birthday. We all wanted to go together and they were able to get all 4 of us in the next day! The estheticians were so kind and fun to talk to. They offer complimentary water while waiting and they have a cute little lounge area. I'm only in Utah for a few months but I will be back before I leave! read more

Best place to get a massage! We absolutely love every therapist here. Never had a bad one and they treat you like gold from the time you walk in. We've been going here for years and recommend them to everyone!!! read more

Great experience! I love that walk-ins are welcome. I called a handful of places and was just about to give up on a same-day appointment when Premier answered the phone and said, "Come on in!" It may have been short notice, but this Spa is not short on service - exceptional customer service, with a SMILE!! Great atmosphere and very welcoming. The entire place is spotless and has a soothing vibe. My massage therapist, Elsa, had the perfect touch and terrific pressure point focus. I had been having office desk stress in my neck and shoulders and spent only 30 minutes on the table, but Oh! What a difference a half hour can make!! SO grateful that I found this hidden gem in the basement of Good Earth... I will be back for a longer session - - SOON!! read more

I have only had massages at Premier Day Spa. On any given day my muscles are always tight and in a bind somewhere in my neck, shoulders or pecks. The massage therapist at Premiere Day Spa are very skilled and knowledgeable about how to manipulate muscles to address my current pain and discomfort. You might think well they should, but I have been to many spas where the therapist don't adjust their technique for the current state of my muscles or only know how to give a superficial, relaxation massage. I highly recommend Premier Day Spa for their highly skilled therapist, friendly staff and clean facilities. read more

My experience here was a solid 3 stars. Not bad, not great. This place can be a little hard to find. It is just west of the Good Earth that is right next door. It was a little weird to me because you have to go down some stairs, and it seemed a little sketchy. When I walked in the door I was in what I think was a chiropractor's office. Know that you just need to walk further down the hall until you see the "Premier" written over the archway. I was very warmly greeted and was impressed with all of the employees there. They have complimentary snacks and water. They led me to a very nice waiting area as I waited for my massage therapist. I wasn't given a robe or anything like that to change into. I was told on the phone that I would, so that was a little weird. The massage therapist just took me to our room and then waited outside for me to undress in there. I just had to put my clothes and all my things in the corner. This was super annoying to me because when you finish your massage you are covered in a lot of oils. I prefer to be able to put a robe back on and at least have the opportunity to rinse off in a shower before putting my clothes back on. The actual massage was great. My massage therapist did a great job. A couple more annoying things though... Since it is right under a grocery store, it must have been shopping carts that I heard rolling around all the time upstairs. Kind of sounded like planes flying by over head... haha. The walls were also very thin and I could hear people out in the halls. ALSO the actual massage only lasted about 50 minutes. I don't know if they advertise that or not, but I thought I was going to get 60 minute massage. I felt jipped. Overall, I had a good massage but won't be coming back. I will continue my search for the best value massage and best spa experience in Utah Valley. read more

Stacy is PHENOMENAL!!! Usually I have to tell the therapist to go deeper but she's so in tune with giving the right amount of pressure! The new location is great too. The staff is super friendly. I found my weekly massage place. I'm unselfishly sharing this info, but hope that Stacy, selfishly, will always be available for my weekly massage. read more

Family Christmas Gift...3 guys and 3 gals, gals got the Relax Package (facial & massage), guys each got the Signature Massage. They made it where we could all be treated around the same time. Very accommodating and such a great experience! My masseuse was Elsa, she was EXCELLENT!!! I wish I lived here because I'd get a massage from Elsa every week! Thanks to the entire staff...all of you were wonderful, thank you for a great experience! read more

Best massage I've ever had. This place deserves all the stars! I got the "signature massage" and my massage therapist was named Renee. Seriously felt so good, coming back here next time I can justify getting a massage again. :P Also massage aside, they give you free snacks and water bottles and have great magazines to read, so you can't lose with a place like that. read more

I took my mom to get a message today for her birthday. I not only got a great message but it's a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. They got us right in and the girl at the front desk was so friendly. My wife and I have been going to Premier for the past 5 years, and we always book with Brooke L. for the deep tissue massage, and it's always amazing. I have back issues, and she always takes that into consideration with the amount of pressure she applies. The vibes are always so relaxing that I wish it were a 3 hour massage. Book with Brooke; she's the best. read more

Oh this place was a delight! I loved every single bit of this experience. My husband and I went for our 1st anniversary and everyone was super nice and attentive. Would definitely love going there again! 10/10 read more

This was my first time going to this Spa. I really enjoyed it. I have not had a massage in years and though I was here to get help with some pain, it was still a great experience. Kenzie was awesome and did everything I asked her to focus on. I will totally be booking another massage soon. read more

Excellent massage. I love hard pressure, and my masseuse was amazing. The sore feeling I get after a massage is an indicator of a great service. I hate when masseuses don't try, or get tired in the middle and start telling you they will "relax" you. But, here they don't do that. I don't remember who I had, but bravo. I don't recommend the body wrap though. It was not very good, and I could hear some outside noise while I was wrapped. I felt hot and claustrophobic, and it just felt like the lady was gently spreading scrub on me, but not actually scrubbing hard with it. The shower is dark, so be careful when washing without glasses on. If they were to renovate the area, I would consider putting lighting in the showers. Also, they do not have hair dryers, so bring your own. Fortunately, I brought mine. read more

As always a very relaxing experience! Celest is my favorite I get the deep tissue massage and she reaches the deepest levels of muscle tension to release built up toxins..the best!! The service was efficient, timely, and very welcoming. The atmosphere is so relaxing and beautiful. I would highly recommend this spa. read more

I went here with a gift card my husband had given to me for Christmas! It was a wonderful experience. I got a deep tissue massage and a facial. Love it! The owner is incredible and does amazing lymphatic drainage massage! So attentive and thoughtful. Love her!

I absolutely love this spa! I have been going here for a couple of years now and I always look forward to my next visit. I always schedule with McKenzie Lott, she is hands down the best masseuse I've ever been to. She is so friendly and makes me feel completely comfortable. I went through a period of getting gnarly migraines almost daily, and she helped me with curing that. Hands down I would recommend scheduling with McKenzie if you ever have the pleasure of getting a massage done at premier! read more

Had a great experience getting a pedicure with my daughter. Very friendly staff. I will go there again!

The girl who did my pedicure was extremely nice and sweet. I really liked her personality. The environment is very nice. The massage chair is SO NICE. But I do have a compliant... And a bit of a big one. The very sweet girl who did my pedicure never cleaned out under my nails. I asked her to but she didn't have the proper tool to do it and she wasn't familiar with my request. I've had many pedicures in my life and this is a basic and necessary part of cleaning your toes. I suffer from ingrown nails and I always clean out under my nails and clip the little sharp corners. This has been done for me with every pedicure I've ever had, without asking for it. I've had hundreds of pedicures done in my life in several different states. This wasn't done and I still needed to go home and do it myself. I'm overweight and it's difficult to do this for myself, that is why I paid for it to be done professionally. I paid premium price for a spa, thinking I would get a better pedicure than the strip mall joints... Plus I expected a foot massage. I got a bit of a small foot rub but I thought it was going to be more of a spa level foot massage. I still gave my girl a $10 tip bc she was so sweet and we had a great conversation. But I feel a bit ripped off thinking I'd be getting a deluxe pedicure and massage. I will say that the wax they put on your feet to moisturize is amazing!!! I just wish I would have gotten a better job done for the money. Also the nail polish they put on is now chipping off only three days later. read more

Love this place. Kensi is SOO good. The pressure was just right and felt amazing the whole time. It was the best message I've ever had.

So this was my first spa or massage ever. I was a little worried i would lose my man card ;-0 by going here. But i was surprised how much i enjoyed it. My wife and I went as part of our weekend getaway and really loved it. We got the European Spa Package which was two hours, first hour the sauna, shower and jacuzzi, and the last hour was the massage. It was $60, a GREAT deal considering we were going to pay $50 for one hour of massage elsewhere. But we really liked it. The receptionist was really pleasant and friendly. She gave us a little tour and explained how it all works, and made us feel really comfortbale. During our two hours, the sauna was reserved just for us, as was the jacuzzi. Everything seemed clean and looked well maintained, although the decor could use a little updating, but still very nice. They provided us with robe, slipper, bottle of water, towel, etc. The massage was great. The two massage therapists took my wife and I into a private room where we were divided by a wall. They had nice relaxing music playing and it was a little darker, and cool. It was just right. They were both very professional and nice. I really liked how they made us feel comfortable. They were all smiling and professional. Great place. Keep up the good work read more

Now called Premier Day Spa, I took my best friend here on Christmas eve for their sauna/massage combo. She had just helped move me and all of my belongings from California to Utah and we were both in need of some major pampering. The staff was friendly, the environment was relaxing and the robes were quite cozy. We spent about 40 minutes in the sauna and then had wonderful massages. And the combo was only $60 each. Definitely a bargain! read more

I scheduled my daughter the wax service for underarms, lip and eyebrows. Aside from never having done it before, the team was great and very friendly. Great pricing - we scheduled an appt the day before and got in with no issues the next day. read more

I was given a spa package as a gift. The massage was fine (good, but nothing special), the facial was fine (good, but nothing special), but the manicure/pedicure was terrible. First, the nail tech's hands were shaking and she had a hard time even clipping my nails, then they were filed uneven. The nail polish was gloppy and dried with bumps. It looked like my 10-yr old niece did my nails. Neither the mani or pedi polish lasted longer than a day without getting chipped, and I wasn't doing anything active. The locker rooms are small, but adequate, save for the lack of light in the changing rooms. Once you close the drape, it's too dark to see anything since there aren't any light fixtures. The guy running the welcome desk was great, though. read more

I was a little confused at the beginning, the greeting was kinda weird. I came for a pedicure, not a massage, so I felt kinda brushed off and unimportant, I was ushered to the waiting room (which was beautiful btw) and I didn't even know if they notified whomever was suppose to get me. A little later, I was asked if I'd like some water, and told Monica would be with me soon. My feet are still a little rough and not as soft. But, to be fair, I'm quite ticklish and I think she didn't want to cause too much discomfort. But, Monica was super friendly, everything felt really nice! I messed up the polish trying to rush out of their, I would have like to sit a while longer to dry. I think I would go back, all in all a good experience. read more

Edit: I called back and they were super accommodating and helpful. Sweet Mauricio was very kind and gave me a re do for the massage and the two therapists were so understanding and attentive. (Not that the other two were horrible, I just wonder if it was an off day for them) it was a super nice experience to have and that they cared to let us do this. Also, turns out the sauna isn't necessarily a cost for them so that's why it wasn't cheaper, I just haven't ever gone to any spa before.. only facials till recently. Highly highly recommend! Original Post: It was.. fine. Both therapists were sub par sadly. The one who scheduled it asked if I wanted it with or without the sauna option so I said without not thinking and assuming it would be less expensive, I was wrong at check out. It was just kind of a bummer because we both had never gotten massages before. I don't think we'll be coming back. read more

Great environment for a couples message. My husband and I enjoyed the privacy of the sauna and the experience of our massages. The checking in process was a little awkward, and weren't really well directed when it came to transitioning from the sauna to our massage. But besides that, we enjoyed the experience and would go back. read more

I give this place huge thumbs up! This is my favorite little sanctuary. It's truly a hidden gem.
