I found Premier Day Spa based on their excellent reviews and booked a deep tissue massage. The room was very comfortable and very clean, with soothing music, comfortable table, and low relaxing lighting. Yesenia focused on my neck and shoulders immediately as I had asked. She provided a warm compress around my neck as she moved on to other areas. She used hot rocks very effectively to loosen very tight areas on my back and neck. Yesenia used the massage oil sparingly which pleased me. I will definitely be back and will request Yesenia again. She gave me the best massage I've ever had and had a pleasant demeanor. I called in to specifically request a cranial-sacral session - not a massage. I spoke with the owner, I think her name was Elsa (?), who assured me this was offered and she told me the name of the therapist she would book me in with, with the promise that this therapist was trained in cranial-sacral therapy. I arrived at my appointment, and after 10 minutes on the table, I discovered that the therapist I was paired with had zero training in cranial-sacral. She was quite embarrassed that the owner effectively lied to me. On top of that, the spa is located under a grocery store and the sound of thumping and banging for the 10 minutes I was on the table was very loud and distracting. If you are reading this review, dear owner, I ask you to please not waste anyone else's time (I drove 1hr and 20 minutes round trip to go the appointment which was over in 10 minutes) by being dishonest about what services you provide. read more

It may have been short notice, but this Spa is not short on service - exceptional customer service, with a SMILE!! Great atmosphere and very welcoming. I have only had massages at Premier Day Spa. On any given day my muscles are always tight and in a bind somewhere in my neck, shoulders or pecks. The massage therapist at Premiere Day Spa are very skilled and knowledgeable about how to manipulate muscles to address my current pain and discomfort. You might think well they should, but I have been to many spas where the therapist don't adjust their technique for the current state of my muscles or only know how to give a superficial, relaxation massage. My experience here was a solid 3 stars. Not bad, not great. This place can be a little hard to find. It is just west of the Good Earth that is right next door. It was a little weird to me because you have to go down some stairs, and it seemed a little sketchy. When I walked in the door I was in what I think was a chiropractor's office. Know that you just need to walk further down the hall until you see the "Premier" written over the archway. I was very warmly greeted and was impressed with all of the employees there. They have complimentary snacks and water. They led me to a very nice waiting area as I waited for my massage therapist. I wasn't given a robe or anything like that to change into. I was told on the phone that I would, so that was a little weird. The massage therapist just took me to our room and then waited outside for me to undress in there. I just had to put my clothes and all my things in the corner. This was super annoying to me because when you finish your massage you are covered in a lot of oils. I prefer to be able to put a robe back on and at least have the opportunity to rinse off in a shower before putting my clothes back on. The actual massage was great. My massage therapist did a great job. A couple more annoying things though... Since it is right under a grocery store, it must have been shopping carts that I heard rolling around all the time upstairs. Kind of sounded like planes flying by over head... haha. The walls were also very thin and I could hear people out in the halls. ALSO the actual massage only lasted about 50 minutes. I don't know if they advertise that or not, but I thought I was going to get 60 minute massage. I felt jipped. Overall, I had a good massage but won't be coming back. I will continue my search for the best value massage and best spa experience in Utah Valley. read more

Excellent massage. I love hard pressure, and my masseuse was amazing. The sore feeling I get after a massage is an indicator of a great service. I hate when masseuses don't try, or get tired in the middle and start telling you they will "relax" you. But, here they don't do that. I don't remember who I had, but bravo. I don't recommend the body wrap though. It was not very good, and I could hear some outside noise while I was wrapped. I felt hot and claustrophobic, and it just felt like the lady was gently spreading scrub on me, but not actually scrubbing hard with it. The shower is dark, so be careful when washing without glasses on. If they were to renovate the area, I would consider putting lighting in the showers. Also, they do not have hair dryers, so bring your own. Fortunately, I brought mine. read more

I always schedule with McKenzie Lott, she is hands down the best masseuse I've ever been to. She is so friendly and makes me feel completely comfortable. The girl who did my pedicure was extremely nice and sweet. I really liked her personality. The environment is very nice. The massage chair is SO NICE. But I do have a compliant... And a bit of a big one. The very sweet girl who did my pedicure never cleaned out under my nails. I asked her to but she didn't have the proper tool to do it and she wasn't familiar with my request. I've had many pedicures in my life and this is a basic and necessary part of cleaning your toes. I suffer from ingrown nails and I always clean out under my nails and clip the little sharp corners. This has been done for me with every pedicure I've ever had, without asking for it. I've had hundreds of pedicures done in my life in several different states. This wasn't done and I still needed to go home and do it myself. I'm overweight and it's difficult to do this for myself, that is why I paid for it to be done professionally. I paid premium price for a spa, thinking I would get a better pedicure than the strip mall joints... Plus I expected a foot massage. I got a bit of a small foot rub but I thought it was going to be more of a spa level foot massage. I still gave my girl a $10 tip bc she was so sweet and we had a great conversation. But I feel a bit ripped off thinking I'd be getting a deluxe pedicure and massage. I will say that the wax they put on your feet to moisturize is amazing!!! I just wish I would have gotten a better job done for the money. Also the nail polish they put on is now chipping off only three days later. read more

So this was my first spa or massage ever. I was a little worried i would lose my man card ;-0 by going here. But i was surprised how much i enjoyed it. My wife and I went as part of our weekend getaway and really loved it. We got the European Spa Package which was two hours, first hour the sauna, shower and jacuzzi, and the last hour was the massage. It was $60, a GREAT deal considering we were going to pay $50 for one hour of massage elsewhere. But we really liked it. The receptionist was really pleasant and friendly. She gave us a little tour and explained how it all works, and made us feel really comfortbale. During our two hours, the sauna was reserved just for us, as was the jacuzzi. Everything seemed clean and looked well maintained, although the decor could use a little updating, but still very nice. They provided us with robe, slipper, bottle of water, towel, etc. The massage was great. The two massage therapists took my wife and I into a private room where we were divided by a wall. They had nice relaxing music playing and it was a little darker, and cool. It was just right. They were both very professional and nice. I really liked how they made us feel comfortable. I was a little confused at the beginning, the greeting was kinda weird. I came for a pedicure, not a massage, so I felt kinda brushed off and unimportant, I was ushered to the waiting room (which was beautiful btw) and I didn't even know if they notified whomever was suppose to get me. A little later, I was asked if I'd like some water, and told Monica would be with me soon. My feet are still a little rough and not as soft. But, to be fair, I'm quite ticklish and I think she didn't want to cause too much discomfort. But, Monica was super friendly, everything felt really nice! I messed up the polish trying to rush out of their, I would have like to sit a while longer to dry. I think I would go back, all in all a good experience. read more

She had just helped move me and all of my belongings from California to Utah and we were both in need of some major pampering. The staff was friendly, the environment was relaxing and the robes were quite cozy. We spent about 40 minutes in the sauna and then had wonderful massages. And the combo was only $60 each. I was given a spa package as a gift. The massage was fine (good, but nothing special), the facial was fine (good, but nothing special), but the manicure/pedicure was terrible. First, the nail tech's hands were shaking and she had a hard time even clipping my nails, then they were filed uneven. The nail polish was gloppy and dried with bumps. It looked like my 10-yr old niece did my nails. Neither the mani or pedi polish lasted longer than a day without getting chipped, and I wasn't doing anything active. The locker rooms are small, but adequate, save for the lack of light in the changing rooms. Once you close the drape, it's too dark to see anything since there aren't any light fixtures. The guy running the welcome desk was great, though. read more

Tailee did a fantastic job on my permanent eyeliner and microblading! I'm a nurse and work 12 hour night shifts. It is so hard to wake up and feel motivated to put on makeup.
