The receptionist gave me incorrect information about a price difference in their product compared to Belle Medical. I called Belle M. And it turns out it was exactly the same concentration and size. I call Spa Trouvé and told them they gave me false information and told them what I confirmed. They receptionist then asked me what I wanted her to do about it, Such a rude response. I signed up for Laser Hair Removal at the end of 2015. Initially, the treatments appeared to work, so I added additional laser packages. By the end, I had done underarms, half-legs, and Brazilian. After my treatments ended (and I'd done multiple touch-up sessions), I reported to this location that I was still growing a lot of hair. When I went in for the follow-up consultation, the technician commented that my hair growth was as if I hadn't done treatments. I was instructed to go check with a doctor to see if I had PCOS because that was the only reason they could figure the treatments didn't work for me. I scheduled an appointment with a doctor and he assured me I did not have PCOS. It has been 6-ish years since my treatments ended and I think that my hair in these areas has technically lessened, but the change is so slight that it's as if I didn't do treatments. read more

The management has gone downhill, the girls are rude and gossip about other customers and employees in front of you while you're waiting in the waiting room, they are always running at least a half hour to an hour late, they argue with you and talk over you on the phone. I've gone to Whitney for my skin care and she's taught me so much! She's amazing to talk to. You feel like you're in there with a friend and she really makes sure you get the most out of whatever you're getting! I'll always recommend her! I've also had laser hair removal here too. I had my first botox and lip filler at Spa Trouve about 2 weeks ago. Not happy!! My lips have one side too full and I have a crease at the upper lip that was never there before and after being encouraged to get a full face botox- I find out they gave me way too much. My wrinkles weren't that bad. My eye lids are too swollen and I can't even put on eyeshadow or liner. Mascara is hard to even put on. My eyelids always feel heavy and swollen. I only wanted help with my "angry eyes" creases between my eyes and those are the only things that didn't change. I can make angry eyes but nothing else. My forehead feels like leather. $600-$700 for botox was way more than I needed! My friends that get botox on a regular basis confirmed they did way too much and took advantage of the fact I didn't know what I was doing and trusted them. read more

Ok hear me out. I've been coming here for a couple years now. I've had great experiences. However, the new managers they have there are extremely pushy. Like extremely. I went in to buy a product and she was trying to push the promo for filler and Botox on me. When I said no, she went on to the next thing to try to get me to buy. She wouldn't even let the front desk girl get a word in because she just kept trying to get me to make appointments or buy more products. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because the receptionist and medical assistant were very nice as well as professional. It would have been a negative 1 if it wasn't for them. The Injector was overly rude. I have been doing Botox for a while. I have done the areas she was treating so many times and I know what I usually get. She wanted to give me a little over double what I normally get. I told her that I wasn't comfortable doing that much and I want to stick with my normal dosage. She argued with me about four times. It was very uncomfortable & awkward. She looked at me as if I was stupid as well. I get people have bad days but that is not how you treat anyone. I still left a tip which she didn't deserve. She was super upset but I did not want to do over double the amount that I normally get. I had the free 10 units of Botox so when we checked out She said in a really rude voice to the receptionist, she only wants her 10 FREE units and rolled her eyes. She was upset that I didn't want to do what she recommend (however this wasn't my first time and I know what I like). She didn't turn around and say bye. Nothing she was mad and rude. She just walked away. I will not go back to that spa for anything now. Do not go here! I prepaid for several services and treatments during their special promotions. A great deal of money. They continually got the money part wrong and kept trying to charge me for things I already paid for. I had to get all my records and go through them twice with the staff to clarify what I paid for and what treatments I still had coming. They got it mixed up AGAIN, and sent my account to collections attorney saying I owed three hundred dollars. I did not. The lawyer saw the mistake and apologized. I went back to getting my treatments. One day they wouldn't let me in for treatments saying that I still owed the 300.00. I've waited for the owner to call me about it and she has not. That was a year ago. I owe nothing and I have hundreds in treatments owed to me, they wont let me get them until I pay them money I do not owe. UPDATE: The spa director reached out to me directly and we had a very open and frank conversation about my experiences. She listened and made suggestions of how the spa could make sure appointments are on time and preferences for injectors and injection assistants could be honored; it was important to her that the staff get feedback on how to connect with clients. She was genuinely interested in making the spa a good and smoothly-run business and she's made good on every promise she made during our conversation. It says a lot about a business when they see the point of view of the customer and try to improve upon what any customer experiences. I am now a regular client and am glad I gave this business another chance. ___________________________________________________________ Unfortunately, this medical spa started warm and friendly and now they've raised prices, appointments are always late (injection appts are 15-30 min behind), and they don't care. I was referred to Spa Trouve Orem by a friend of mine who is a customer, and I am so glad I made the choice to come to Spa Trouve. I just finished my second appointment with Brisa (absolute sweetheart) and I couldn't be happier with the results so far. Even after one treatment, the majority of the areas I had laser on, showed little to no hair re-growth. Also, Brisa's customer service is exceptional. Critical: Professionalism The lady who did my chemical peel was phenomenal however the front desk clerk ruined my whole experience! I booked while they were offering a package for $100, when i came in discussed pricing and after my chemical peel, after rediscussing pricing the front desk lady told me my total was $150, I questioned it and she said well they couldn't offer the $100 package, she was hoping I'd just pay and not notice the increase. I feel like its extremely dishonest not to discuss that the offer wasn't available before asking for payment. She could have discussed the difference prior, not even acknowledging that they wouldn't offer it until i questioned it is not ok. I asked just to get the current special instead which is 30% off chemical peels making it the chemical peel only $70, she then told me that the facial i got wasn't a chemical peel, so it didnt qualify. Waited and spoke to the manager, she resolved that it is a chemical peel, they just changed the name in the system and i could get the 30% off. This place has potential but not with the front clerk they have. I wont be coming back!! And I was planning on more chemical peels and a photo facial. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I have to say, I've only gone to plastic surgeons in the past for my filler or Botox and never super happy. I decided to give Spa Trouve in Orem a try. I couldn't be happier. I walked in and was greeted by two lovely young ladies at the front desk, who asked if I need water or a Soda. I was then promptly called back by a beautiful lady name Heidi. She took me back and asked my concerns and listened careful to them. I told her about a lump left from a treatment done at another company and she handed me a red light to hold on it while we spoke and it seemed to help. After we went over my concerns, she then introduced me to their injector Celeste. She looked over my face and told me exactly what I needed. I couldn't be happier. They truly are trained with a great eye. I love how she places the filler where in the past I had it removed from another company cause I looked over filled. Coolsculpting was ineffective. I went to the Orem location and was treated by Kat and was told I was a perfect candidate, with only one small problem area. At the six week follow up there was zero improvement and at the three month follow up there was not any improvement at all, no change in my weight. I was almost exactly the same weight, so nothing had changed on my part. The only solution offered was for me to purchase additional treatments. I had juvederm injected into my lips here, do NOT go here. The results were terrible - crooked and lumpy. This procedure is expensive and when you're paying over $500 for something you expect the results to be perfect. Definitely not the case. To make matters worse they would not refund me any of my money. I am going to a different place to have the process reversed because I do not trust them enough to fix it. Stick with a plastic surgery place that does this all the time if you're considering juvederm. Not only am I out $535, I'm embarrassed to show my face. read more

Spa Trouve doesn't deserve any stars. I was a client of the Orem Elase location for many, many years. My experiences were always positive, I felt welcomed whenever I went in, and their staff--both the front staff and the professionals--were excellent. I never had a reason to complain. Unfortunately, when the business was sold all that changed. Now the staff is cold and unwelcoming, and as another reviewer mentioned, appointments are always late; I've had to wait 30-60 minutes beyond my appointment time. No one apologizes, no one cares. And then there are the injectors: terrible, except for Brook, who is great. The last time I was in there the bruising was so severe and covered so much area I couldn't even cover it up with makeup. The Botox didn't take; whether it was a bad batch or a problem with the injector, I don't know. A few weeks later when I brought it to their attention, they wouldn't talk to me about it. They could at least have had me come in and done an evaluation and maybe tried to work something out. I paid $500 for nothing! I've had enough Botox that I know what the results should be. But again, as another reviewer stated, their attitude is "it's not our problem." I'm done with Spa Trouvé; I will gladly drive to Draper to Elase where the staff is pleasant and the professionals are qualified and caring. read more
