She listened and made suggestions of how the spa could make sure appointments are on time and preferences for injectors and injection assistants could be honored; it was important to her that the staff get feedback on how to connect with clients. She was genuinely interested in making the spa a good and smoothly-run business and she's made good on every promise she made during our conversation. It says a lot about a business when they see the point of view of the customer and try to improve upon what any customer experiences. I am now a regular client and am glad I gave this business another chance. ___________________________________________________________ Unfortunately, this medical spa started warm and friendly and now they've raised prices, appointments are always late (injection appts are 15-30 min behind), and they don't care. If you have a preference for an injector, they don't honor it. Their attitude is "not my problem". Disappointing.

BUT this review is for the service, ambiance, and customer service in the clinic. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by two front staff members and were told to get comfortable in the lobby/reception area upon checking in. The lobby had a beautiful Christmas tree, looked really clean and organized, and even had some treats on the coffee table, plus a small fridge mounted against the wall that contained complimentary water bottles. After filling out a couple of questionnaire forms (being first-timers), we did wait a good 15-20 minutes before one of us was seen. Unfortunately, both of us were being seen for the same service (diamond facial) and we couldn't be seen simultaneously. I had to wait until my friend was done, and then I was called in, to also be seen and serviced by the same gal. I guess either she's the only one qualified to do the service, or they were understaffed that day. So my waiting time was 20 minutes (lobby) with my friend and another 45-50 minutes of her being serviced. So in total, I had to wait about 1 hour and 15 minutes before I ever got seen and taken back to the room, to get a diamond facial. The gal who did my diamond facial was very pleasant to work with. She explained the procedure very well and was a relaxing experience. The table you lay on was preheated and had warm blankets on it already. It was a great first-time experience!

I have had several cosmetics procedures in the past and this was not it. I would definitely not recommend going here for Facetite l, they were suppose to tighten the skin while melting the fat to sculpt the area, it didnt tighten the area and the nurse wasn't able to sculpt and give definition. It was a rushed experience. Go to body point, now I have to pay to get it redone, this time I will go to a surgeon. Facetite is performed by nurses at the Rose Clinic. It took me 2 years to write this review, after speaking with other clinics, I came to a realization I chose the wrong clinic.

They schedule my appointments without sending notifications like they say they do. I paid in full for my full treatments and yet, they find ways to take more money from me when I can't and often don't even know I have an appointment. They can't schedule them when I need them even though I've paid for them... because they are either not open this hours or too full. I'm really just appalled that they treat people like they treated me and they say it's part of thier customer policy. It is horrendous. No one should be treated the way they treat busy moms. Disappointment is the understatement of the century. They have not met my expectations and then drug me around through the dirt and then kicked me around and taken my money and they refer to this treatment as help and Dr's appointments. They lack education and professionalism and common courtesy to send reminders. There are some companies worth writing a negative review for, and this is one of them.
