I went in about a year ago and they tried to overcharge me $200, luckily, I caught it due to the miscommunication between Corey the injector and the receptionist. Went in recently, tell Corey my forehead is my biggest concern and then anything left over from the 40 units I purchased I would like in my jaw line. He said he could do it for 44 units. Upselling. I agreed. He does my neck first, thought that was strange, then says, 'all done!' I said, Oh, wait, what about my forehead? He said, you said you would rather have your neck and jaw done. I put my head in my hands and said noooooo, sadly I said I came here primarily for my forehead. So he says, let me see if I can get you a deal on a larger amount at a better price to do your forehead, just trying to get more money out of me. He comes back and says, sorry, no I can't get you the deal, but I can still get you $10/unit to do your forehead, and I can do it in 10 units. I was shocked and said, 'really, that will work?" He said, 'OH YEAH!' I explained my budged and they charged the card on file, I signed and I left, not thinking twice about them ripping me off. I did not look at the bill since they had the card on file and I trusted them. I realized they overcharged me by $100 and Rae Lynn was so rude, if anyone wants to see the emails/voicemails from her, I will provide. No, 'Im sorry for the miscommunication or anything, just calling me a liar and sending me a financial agreement with NO REFUNDS circled like 3 times. I though this was extremely unprofessional as I expected to hear something along the lines of 'Oh no, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, let me look into it.' Instead she says well, Corey is not in until Tuesday so I will talk to him then. Thats it....and Tuesday was about 4 days away. I did not want a refund I just wanted the overcharge back. Corey calls me and says that he took it upon himself to add an extra 10 units in my 11 lines WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Again, I told him I could barely swing the extra 10 units, he clearly does not listen to his customers. I said that my 11 lines did not even bother me its the forehead and really high up to where I have been injected in my hair line before. While speaking on the phone with Corey he ends up hanging up on me while I was cool as a cucumber trying to explain my side-That I never approved this, this is the second time this has happened with him and it is sad that I feel like I should have recorded our conversation. Also, there were times he would 'poke' my skin with the needle and it felt like it never even went into my skin, like he faked injecting me. He swore up and down that he told me he had to do the 11 lines in order for the forehead to work. My forehead looks like nothing has been injected, if anything my brows look heavy and all the wrinkles on my forehead and 11 lines still remain supposedly with 20 units? Do not be fooled by the discounts. This place is a complete scam full of upselling and misleading their customers. They don't check ID and will literally take anybody's card you gave them. I WISH they would have asked for ID as I would have realized I charged the wrong card saved on my computer that had my husbands name on it. At first I realized I put it on the wrong card and just asked if I could use a different form of payment and the receptionists were so rude, saying, yeah we don't do that. She finally agreed to speak with the owner and have her call me back. We played phone tag as she has a number that goes to an unreachable line. I said at this point, I don't even want to use another card I just want my $100 back for product not received and that is when they told me they injected my glob something or the 11 lines without even explaining or GOING OVER WHAT THE NEW PRICE WOULD BE. The customer service and horrible results is enough for anyone to take my word on this. My forehead is completely uneven, and I don't even see anything at all as far as jaw tightening or anything and I have been getting Botox for 25+years. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR NO RESULTS! As you can see the last reviews were 2+ years ago. The promotions area bait and switch you. I drove 45 minutes to come back to this place only to be stolen from and disappointed by the lack of results and unprofessionalism. Corey even swore on the phone with me before he ended the call! Complete shock! This product is probably purchased from out of the country and deluded as I have been warned from higher end spas. Again, if you would like crappy results, upselling and horrible customer service, this is your place. I will be disputing the charges for the $100 overcharge and injecting me against my will in places I did not agree to. (I will not be surprised for a reply from them denying any of this). BUT this review is for the service, ambiance, and customer service in the clinic. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by two front staff members and were told to get comfortable in the lobby/reception area upon checking in. The lobby had a beautiful Christmas tree, looked really clean and organized, and even had some treats on the coffee table, plus a small fridge mounted against the wall that contained complimentary water bottles. After filling out a couple of questionnaire forms (being first-timers), we did wait a good 15-20 minutes before one of us was seen. Unfortunately, both of us were being seen for the same service (diamond facial) and we couldn't be seen simultaneously. I had to wait until my friend was done, and then I was called in, to also be seen and serviced by the same gal. I guess either she's the only one qualified to do the service, or they were understaffed that day. So my waiting time was 20 minutes (lobby) with my friend and another 45-50 minutes of her being serviced. So in total, I had to wait about 1 hour and 15 minutes before I ever got seen and taken back to the room, to get a diamond facial. The gal who did my diamond facial was very pleasant to work with. She explained the procedure very well and was a relaxing experience. The table you lay on was preheated and had warm blankets on it already. It was a great first-time experience!

I would definitely not recommend going here for Facetite l, they were suppose to tighten the skin while melting the fat to sculpt the area, it didnt tighten the area and the nurse wasn't able to sculpt and give definition. It was a rushed experience. Go to body point, now I have to pay to get it redone, this time I will go to a surgeon. Facetite is performed by nurses at the Rose Clinic. It took me 2 years to write this review, after speaking with other clinics, I came to a realization I chose the wrong clinic.

First the - very minor - negatives, (actually, to me they're more like neutrals, but anyway): the place is a little hard to find, this is partly the fault of Google Maps because it believes for some reason that the address is 94 not 93, but mostly it's just the neighborhood. The area is pretty industrial and although there's a sign on the window, there isn't one on the door itself so when you first walk in and you see a big display for tinted windows you definitely start to wonder if you're in the right area. But don't worry, they share a lobby with a window tinting business (owned by the Husband of the Electrologist). The building itself is not some gussied up spa setting like all the other Electrology places I visited, it's small, just one room. You're not going to have some generic yoga music and a massage after your treatment, you're there to get zapped, all the rest of that stuff is just for effect. If you want that other stuff, this isn't the place for you. Having said that, the atmosphere isn't super clinical or anything, it's definitely comfortable and nicely decorated, and there's a comfortable sofa, a work table for you to sit or lay on and the electrolosis machine. Now all the positives. Electrologist herself is amazing. She's concerned about your comfort but won't bullshit you; electrology is not painless but her philosophy is there's no point in making it more painful than it has to be. All of the other places I visited either told me that my pain was not their problem or told me they'd turn down the machine as much as I needed for it to be pain free but that it would result in more treatments... at full price, of course. Megan, has offered options of numbing cream as well as turning down the intensity on rough days but always makes sure to keep it high enough to actually be effective. Megan is very personable and is always willing to chat about whatever you want, or not at all, which is such a blessing; imagine having a too chatting hair dresser but having your hair cut is physically painful and you have to have it done every week. That would suck monumentally, so having someone you're comfortable with is definitely important. Unlike abou half of the Electrologists I met with, Megan uses a cooling treatment called Cataphoresis that helps minimize discomfort after the treatment and helps your skin recover more quickly. She also offer you the option of stainless steel or gold probes so if you have a metal allergy or sensitive skin the gold is a really nice option. I could go on and on about how much I love this place, I would rate it higher than 5 stars if I could.
