That said, if you want a spa-like experience, this isn't the place for you. The facials are done in an open setting-similar to a barber shop-where a bunch of chairs are crammed into the space. When I arrived and walked back to my station, I had to navigate chairs and people awkwardly. It's a tight squeeze. The atmosphere is bright and a little loud. Conversations abound and upbeat music is playing. It's not bad necessarily, but if you want a peaceful treatment, you'll be disappointed. Also, make note of the location. This one is in the strip mall next to Macy's. I first went across the street to another address where there are two separate locations (so three total), which can be confusing. Overall, if you want a facial on a budget and are ok with a communal space that isn't very quiet, this will be fine for you.
