Kelly did a phenomenal job with my service today. It was my first time doing this treatment and she was so informative and and walked me through every single step when I first arrived. My favorite part of going to the hair salon is the head massage during my shampoo, and this was an extended version of that including dry brushing, shampooing, hair oiling, and a halo hair rinser. The facial included a double cleanse, mask, face massage, and shoulder, arm, and hand massage. One thing that I didn't even think of, and something to just note (it didn't affect my experience at all) - when you get this service, they shampoo your hair and you leave the spa with wet hair.
