It's plucking hairs all at once so yes it will hurt, but only for a short while. The results are worth it! Highly recommend this place for a professional wax! You will not regret it. Kelly did a phenomenal job with my service today. It was my first time doing this treatment and she was so informative and and walked me through every single step when I first arrived. My favorite part of going to the hair salon is the head massage during my shampoo, and this was an extended version of that including dry brushing, shampooing, hair oiling, and a halo hair rinser. The facial included a double cleanse, mask, face massage, and shoulder, arm, and hand massage. One thing that I didn't even think of, and something to just note (it didn't affect my experience at all) - when you get this service, they shampoo your hair and you leave the spa with wet hair. They will do whatever they can to take your money and not give you what they promised which is appointments when you can make them. I paid in full for my full treatments and yet, they find ways to take more money from me when I can't and often don't even know I have an appointment. They can't schedule them when I need them even though I've paid for them... because they are either not open this hours or too full. I'm really just appalled that they treat people like they treated me and they say it's part of thier customer policy. It is horrendous. No one should be treated the way they treat busy moms. Disappointment is the understatement of the century. They have not met my expectations and then drug me around through the dirt and then kicked me around and taken my money and they refer to this treatment as help and Dr's appointments.
