I have been going here for years. Usually, I love the service and the staff this last time however was a very unfortunate trip. I scheduled my appointment for 3 PM on Saturday. I go six minutes early. I'm waiting. I wait another 15 minutes at this point, I've been waiting for 20 minutes. No one's come out. No one greeted me so I end up leaving without my wax. I tried to email and call the company. No response. hopefully I don't get charged. Overall disappointing and a waste of time. Will be moving my business elsewhere read more

Total professionals here! The location is easily accessible and there is plenty of parking. If you need to cancel, it is important to do so within 24 hours of the appointment. This is part of my Sunday funday routine once a month. I appreciate the professionalism of the waxologists, but I typically have the same one. I love their "attention to detail" and appreciate that they remember previous conversation and we can kind of pick up where we left off. Great service and staff. I do not live in the area and I'm new to the state. Finding a spa to do a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax is not easy here. Those places were on every corner in Arizona and California. I stumbled upon this place while having lunch in the area. I popped in to see if I could get a brow wax. They are by appointment only, however they had an opening. I completed paperwork for a brow wax. Dezera did a good job. Very nice and professional. I was shocked to realize it was $23. The average brow wax is $12. She advised me my next visit was free since I was new. I thought that was a good deal. She asked if I wanted to schedule my next appointment. I took a card and told her I would call and schedule for next time I was in the area. I called today to make an appointment and was told I had to make my appointment on my last visit. I'm disappointed because this was not conveyed to me. I don't have a schedule. I just go when I see that it's needed. A Manager is supposed to be calling me, but I would not return just based on this experience, even if it's free. How embarrassing. read more

WOW. I was so nervous going into my appointment. I used to get my brows waxed regularly at a hair salon, but I had a really bad experience that left me with badly ripped skin. I went several months, and it showed. I was just so scared to try again. I found Lunchbox Wax and I decided to give them a try. Bri was awesome. I talked out my concerns with her and she assured me that their wax was very gentle and would not rip my skin. She really helped me relax and I was able to talk and laugh with her. I have never been so satisfied with a waxing service! I got my brows tinted as well and they look great! The color she mixed was perfect. Let's be honest--it hurts like crazy the first time and there's not a lot of way to get around that. But I was really impressed by the kindness, efficiency, and professionalism of Angie. It took only half the time the website said it would take and was a very clear step-by-step process with plenty of educational information given. The building is clean and welcoming and my nerves were calmed pretty quickly. Plus, first-timers benefit from their buy-one-get-one-free offer, so I'll be back again in a few weeks, no cost. The LunchboxWax was amazing! I was a little nervous to get a Brazilian wax because it had been a few years since I had one. As soon as I walked through the doors the girls were so kind and sweet. I immediately felt more comfortable. Kyla gave me the the wax and she was very fast, clean and it didn't hurt at all! She was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The staff itself has been amazing, but I have had work emergencies( I am an assistant Director of Nursing so medical emergencies) that have prevented going to that appointment but always call next day to reschedule. I was charged 50% for the visit and to which one of the services I do not get. I called and told I would be charged for full amount on the makeup appointment. I understand the need for rules, but I always call when I am able to reschedule again within 24 hours. I will be getting my services elsewhere read more

What a surprising business!! From the moment I called for an appointment to the time I walked out the door I was impressed with their customer service and friendliness. I contacted Lunchbox wax to see about getting an appt. They were able to fit me right in. Walking in I noticed that everything was really bright, nice and clean. Very modern. I checked in and was told to grab a water off the table if I wanted and some mints. I was taken back to the room I would be in very quickly. After laying down I was given a mirror so I could tell/show what I wanted done to my brows. Kika did an excellent job of keeping a conversation going which I really appreciated. Always awkward when you are just laying there in silence while someone waxes your brows!! Haha. Kika made me feel like I had made a new friend and not like she was just doing her job. I feel she went above and beyond by trimming and filling in my brows. They looked great after! We talked about their other services and set up my next visit. All in all I was overly impressed by this business and I would encourage anyone with hair that needs removing to try them out!! read more

I had a membership at the Henderson, NV location as well as South Jordan, UT. Those two locations, I was treated amazingly. This location however mixes up appointments a lot and or simply doesn't get back to you. I have had to change my appt to new ones due to work schedule and I am constantly left with poor communication and customer service. Reached out to the owner who was as of no help. I was pretty nervous to go and get waxed for the first time but the girl there made me feel so comfortable and confident!!! She was friendly and professional. She also answered all of the questions that I had and was able to educate me about how to get into a good cycle of waxing and taking care of my body. I felt so good after the wax and the results were great. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. Super quick appointment as well, I just went on my lunch break and it was done in 15 minutes, but I also never felt rushed or that she was in a hurry. Great place! read more

Found a Groupon here for a Brazilian, thought it'd be a good idea because I was getting married and honeymooning in Hawaii. Right after my Brazilian I broke out following with the worst rash that has lasted a week. I kept thinking it would go away, but it didn't. Worst experience of my life. This was the first time I've ever had a break out/ rash from a Brazilian. Never going back here. read more

I've been to many a wax salon but LunchBox is my all time fave. Super clean space, professional and very friendly staff, and a fun atmosphere. Dezera is my go-to gal and is one of the friendliest people I think I've ever met. She is fun to talk to, makes you feel comfortable when getting waxed, and knows what she's doing.
