Only go when one of the owners is working, Bimala or Sabina. The owners are the best but they have been hiring employees that do not do a good job with shaping eyebrows. This used to be my go to but I haven't seen the owners there for the past year or so. read more

I came in asking for just an eyebrow clean up and specifically asked not to change the shape or get too close. When the service was done my eyebrows were thinner, shorter, and uneven (one is about half the thickness of the other). Really disappointed and upset. read more

Found this place on yelp! Walked in and only one person working. She has customer at the moment so waited for a bit. Customer walked out saying she was the best. That is a good sign. She told me to come and sit and immediately she sanitized her hands which was nice, I've been to places where they don't. Told her just wanted eye brows cleaned up. And that is what she did! She did do a little more like near my temple and my forehead which I wasn't too bothered but thought it was weird. Other then that I would say she did a great job was really nice and got to have a small conversation with her. -1 only because in California price for eyebrow threading is &5 and here it's $10. I get it though not many thread shops here in Utah, as there is in California but I definitely would come back need to get the brows done somewhere! read more

I came by because of ClassPass. I made an appointment on a whim to get my eyebrows done. I had never got my eyebrows professionally done before and especially by threading. This little shop seems to be run by a family. The main threader, or the mom, was busy with another client, so I believe, a daughter or a young girl, started on my eyebrows. It made me a little nervous, but she just started with the base. The main threader finished with her client soon after and shaped my eyebrows. I do not like my eyebrows very angled or thin and they were able to thread them generally how I like them! Since my eyebrows were done so clean and well, I decided to get my upper lip done as well for a great price of just $5! One of my favorite aspects about this shop are the prices. The prices are unbeatable. The service is not like an average company, where everything is professional and polished, but rather almost like one of family. It might be because I'm from an Asian background and this place is run by an Asian family, but the service even though it is not professional, it is still comforting. This was my first visit here and Bimala did a great job. I had full face threading on my lunch break. In and out in 20 minutes or less. Bimala was thorough and the service was painless. Very friendly and affordable. I will be back. I should add, I have had a full face threading service at other places which were, indeed, quite painful. This is my go to place when it comes to dealing with my ungodly amount of facial hair. I've been using this spot for about 10 months now and know when I leave my eyebrows will be even and look fantastic. That said, the pain is lessened if you have someone who knows what they're doing and can do it fast and efficiently. Which they did, so I'm grateful. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for almost 10 years. This is the best place in the valley. I normally go to Fashion Place mall and wait for Roku (gray haired woman). She is great, but the wait is always so long and the parking at the mall is a disaster. I won't be going back. This is the only place to get threading done in Utah.
