Khina is awesome and does an amazing job at brows. She listens to requests and checks to make sure you love the result, and fixes anything you are unhappy with. She starts slow and doesn't thin out your brows, and takes off more/ shapes your brows if you request it after the initial threading to make sure you get the result you want. They are cheap for threading (12$), and I am happy with my results. Khina and her team are great - I have never been disappointed with my eyebrows. Their pricing is so reasonable and affordable. I've been coming here since I moved from California which was about 6 months ago. Khina was the only one who was shaping my eyebrows beautifully and correctly. However, the last two times Ive been here has been a disaster. I'm not sure who she has working on the weekends now, but it's two younger girls who do not pay attention and have the worst attitudes. So today I came in with my eyebrows already filled in and shaped how I wanted them. I asked the young girl with the longer hair and cheap looking red lipstick, to please go outside of the eyebrow pencil and do not change the shape of my eyebrows. Once my eyebrows were finished, she did everything I asked her not to do lol. After I told her she messed up not only was she arguing with me that she didn't but she was talking shit and mumbling under her breath about. Her co-worker was telling her to be quiet. Great customer service young one! Due to this poor experience I will never return to this threading salon. I grew out my eyebrows for 2 months for a really important trip. I came to do my eyebrows thinking Khina would be here but got some other lady. She totally ruined my eyebrows. They are now 2 different shapes and one is thinner then the other. I naturally have full thick eyebrows so I've never filled them in and now I'll have to learn. Beware. I've come here at least 6 times and been very happy. This last time I've come Khina was not here and 2 others were. I asked for tinting which I have gotten done here before and loved, and this time she wipes it off and shows it to me in the mirror about to send me on my way and my eyebrows were literally GREEN. I obviously tell her how displeased I am so she starts rubbing them so hard with some dye remover that burned. They are still green. I obviously refused to pay. This is an excellent place to get your eyebrows done - I've been to many and this is, by far, the best! If you go during busy times - Saturdays, after 5 pm, etc. there will be a wait - because that's how good they are! They will actually shape your eyebrows and make them look amazing.
