She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, offered amazing genuine advice and kept me in loop as she shaped them! She educated me on my face and bone structure and how it would compliment different styles, informed me on where I could improve or enhance certain aspects. She took the time to have me see how they were coming along and gave me options on how we could shape them more. While she does wax and use different methods, for me she took the care to individually pluck and shape me! I have been waxing since I was 12 years old. I've done every sugar waxing and regular waxing. Honest to God she is the most gentle waxer I have ever dealt with. I have had people rip my skin or tug too hard. I did not flinch once with her. She continuously checked on me even though I didn't move her Salon is super cute very clean no smell of wax in the warmers. Nothing. At the end of the wax session she gives you different clean up methods to use. And the final step was a cleanser to not get ingrown hair. I thought that was phenomenal. Wednesdays and Saturdays are her early and late days every other Saturday she's here super early. She starts at 8 AM. In my book that's a win-win because not everyone's available during regular business hours. So she goes above and beyond for her clients.
