I am a newbie to this whole waxing thing, and this was a phenomenal experience. The place is very clean and very modern, but still with the aseptic technique that you would think that you're getting from a medical spa. I feel horrible that I cannot remember the name of my person, but I think that it was Angie. Very friendly and professional, and I never knew the eyebrows could look this good. I was not overly nervous, but what nerves I did have were easily abated by the warm atmosphere and the good conversation. I will definitely be going back, and I might even drag my husband there and see how they do with the men clientele. The online scheduling, is awesome!! Anndee was amazing! She was extremely friendly & professional. Made me feel relaxed, by keeping a steady conversation going, while getting my first Brazilian wax done, $58 (not including tip/tax), and I got an exfoliating kit for an additional $28. $103 total, including $15 tip. A lot less painful than I thought, but I did look up some helpful tips before I went in: let your hair grow out before going in, exfoliate 2-3 days in a row, shower right before, take an ibuprofen 30 mins before, and stay away from caffeine the day of. I have been to the lunchbox a couple times now and I love the atmosphere! The staff is so friendly and the shop is very modern and clean. The first time I visited was wonderful! It was quick, almost painless, and they did a great job. However, this last time after all was said and done I was left prickly. It was a really disappointing experience. I've gotten a handful of Brazilian waxes and haven't had this result before. I don't know if this was a one time fluke, but I'm also not sure I would return to the salon in the future. read more

The facility is super clean and cute, and Chelsea walked me through what she thought would work best for my face before we began. On this visit I had my eyebrows done by Courtney. She was extremely kind and was willing to help me understand brow talk. I have been going here for a couple months, on their "friends with benefits" program for the Brazilian. They do an amazing job. All the girls are friendly and make you feel comfortable the whole time. Chelsea is my absolute favorite - she is quick yet gentle! I've tried other places and haven't had great experiences. I went in to get a Brazilian and was super nervous about the pain, but honestly, even though it's always painful, she was so quick, gave me tips to make it less painful, and she chatted with me and made me feel so comfortable, in a situation that easily could have been the worst and super awkward.
