Don't know where to start . BOTH OF MY DAUGHTER WENT TO GET JUST THERE EYEBROW DONE . I wasn't there cuz I live in California. Thank GoD for Yelp !!! The lady that did their eyebrows noticed they were teenagers and very young. ( She took advantage of that) Very unprofessional told my daughter that her eyebrows look awful ugly they were bad . She put some crap on her eyebrows . Now she looks like a freaking clown thanks to that lady or better saying Theft . Doesn't end here . Total : 27 dollars , she only had 40 cash . She said , I don't have change but I WILL TIP MY SELF 4 dollars TIP HER SELF ? Wtf She said : I will give you back 9 dollar . (Teenager they keeping there mouth shut ) thank God I wasn't there. I have never had a bad experience at Brow 24. I have been to them for Eyebrow Threading for years and have always been very professional. Came in to get my eyebrows threaded and they look horrible!!! I had a nice shape to them and they were thick and I walked out with super thin eyebrows with a ugly shape. They're not even brows either.Definitely do not recommend will never go back. read more

Honestly really disappointed with all the brow spa locations. I got a Groupon awhile ago and they say they offer tint and threading for two locations. I literally went to both locations and both said they don't do tint, even though I purchased the Groupon stating they did??? When I finally went to the third location which is already a long way to drive to, she said she didn't either. Then when I finally got upset with their false advertisement, she said she does do it but i needed to wait until after the next customer..... which I did, but still not good customer service. We visited the West Jordan location on Wednesday, April 5, 2017, @ 5:30 pm. When we walked in there was a lady talking on her phone in a diff language but she didn't greet us so I assumed she was a customer and waited for a person to walk out to help us. After awhile the lady on the phone walked up to the counter. What?! She works there! Yep, but she didn't get off her phone. She continued her conversation and after a few more mins she ushered my daughter to a chair and started pulling out supplies, stuffed her phone in her bra, and continued with her phone conversation. We haven't even talked to her at this point so what was she preparing for?? I interrupt her phone conversation just so she could tell us no to getting my daughters eyebrows tinted. "Not now", she said. The first and last words this lady said to us was "NOT NOW"!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

I went here yesterday and the lady messed up my brows I asked for a tint and treading she treaded them really thin! then she made the right side darker then the left side and when I realized it she tried to fix it then she made the left one darker than the right one wtf! read more

This place is close to my house but I don't know why I keep coming back. because i feel like they always mess up my eyebrows I never had a good experience with them even when I try different employees there. I always try not to get the lady who seems like she owns the place because she'll really mess up my eyebrows yesterday she was the only one working so I wanted to give her another chance thinking it wouldn't be too bad. I was wrong the left side of my eyebrows were thick like nothing had been done and the right side of my eyebrows it looked like she just took the ends off! Good things there's make up so I can make it look like I have ends on my eyebrows. I wasn't in the area of my usual eyebrow place so I decided to try this place. I should have read the reviews before going here. When I went in there I wasn't greeted by anyone and had to wait almost 10 minutes before anyone even came out of the back room. Then the woman who threaded my brows did not do a good job. My eyebrows are completely uneven. My left eyebrow was taken in way further from the budge if my nose than my right eyebrow. I'm not make-up talented type so now I will have to wait for my eyebrows to grow back and have them look completely ridiculous in the mean time. Nazar? (I'd know for sure if she had introduced herself) was extremely unprofessional and did a crap job on my brows. I was not greeted, I don't even think she said more than one whole word to me. She was on her phone the entire time. Her children were screaming over the speaker phone when I came in. I was finally greeted 10 minutes later. All she said was "Next," then went back her phone. My eyebrow are RUINED. She tinned them nearly off. They are hardly even there anymore and then did didn't even ask me how they look. Probably because she destroyed them... Also the sign outside said $6.99 and i was charged almost twice that for poor service. My whole experience was ridiculous. What a waste of time and money. read more

The lady who did my brows was quite rude. I would pull my head back or tell her to give me a little break from the pain for just a few seconds, but SHE KEPT DOING IT. I had to grab her hand and pull it away. Then she would just roll her eyes at me and start doing it again. I've been to this place before at a different location, and I loved it. If I could do zero stars, I would. I used to go here all of the time in high school. So, I walk in and ask to get my brows threaded. The girl just smiled and nodded. So I went to go sit down and asked how long it takes for tinting as well. She said about two minutes. I thought, wow that's quick. So I said let's do that too. And again, she smiled and nodded. So, she does my eyebrows and they looked fine, but I've had better. She also made me bleed a little, never had that happen before, but whatever. She then says "ok, finished". I said "wait, what about the tinting"? She then said "No, we don't do that here". I was like "that's strange because it says it right on the door"?! She just shook her head and said "no, no, I don't understand". By this point I finally got mad and said "what do you mean, you said tinting takes two minutes". She started talking in a different language to the other lady and then said "no, not here". I just said fine whatever, paid, and left. I've never been mad or unhappy enough to actually write a review for someone. They deserve less than what I gave. read more
