So disappointed! The employees of this company are leaving 5 star reviews on Google and probably on Yelp as well. Totally dishonest and a conflict of interest. Between the two lash artists I have been to I have experienced unfriendliness, taking several breaks to text, and overall lack of professionalism. The lash artist was 25 minutes late to a recent appointment and cancelled my last appointment less than 24 hours in advance, even though I had scheduled 3 weeks in advance. read more

The online appointment scheduler is convenient. However, between 3 of the "master lash technicians" I went to, my lashes lasted barely 2 weeks. When I asked if I could get a touch up after most of them flaked off in a couple of days I got no response. I've been getting lash extensions for years and have never had such bare lashes after only two weeks. Most likely won't go back. read more

I highly recommend this salon! Maddi does an amazing job! I've been coming here for years and I'll never go anywhere else. In the past, I've tried other salons because of Groupon deals (so dumb of me) and I always come back to Utah Lash! They truly do the best work at the best price! read more

First time there I had the Hybrid welcome fill which I loved but not as much volume as I like. I came in for a fill for volume which was okay. I had to fill about 2 weeks which was super fast for me. My third experience for a volume fill was the worst, it was so quick and literally I felt like there was only a couple lashes on each eye that was filled (Did not look close to what volume looks like). I was very disappointment and had to get a fill somewhere else a week after because so many lashes starting falling out. I did love the lashbomb eye serum that was recommended to me which did help my lashes but I would not go back again to get any fills. read more

I had eyelash extensions done for almost a year here. You're in a room with about 10 other beds of clients who are also getting lashes done which I didn't like but I got used to it. They always did a good job and the online booking and large selection of masters to choose from is very convenient. The price is reasonable as well. read more

I started going to Utah Lash after having taken a break from lashes which I'd had previously for over a year. The place I went previously was expensive and good, but I have been so impressed by Utah Lash and by Vanessa especially. My lashes last and last and last and look excellent! Prices are competitive and Vanessa is detail oriented and fantastic. I have loved her work and am now loyal forever. read more

DONT GO HERE!! I went to have my lashes filled here for the first time and it was a joke. LouAnn ended my appointment early because her shift was up? I don't understand why they scheduled me if she clearly didn't have enough time.. And she charged me full price. My lashes looked AWFUL. I tried to talk to the manager and got nowhere with my situation. Don't go here unless you want to throw $40 In the trash. read more

I worked here for almost a year before moving out of state. They are amazing with lashes and will be flexible and accommodating. The owner Jill is one of the best in the business. She really cares about her clients and sets a tone of positivity for the rest of the staff. If you are in Salt Lake City this is the #1 place to go for lashes. read more

Love this place. I've gone to Emma and Cleo and they both did amazing jobs. I get so many compliments on my lashes, plus they're cheaper than most places, especially if you choose a jr lash artist like I did. No complaints at all! read more

I started going to Utah Lash and Day spa about 2 1/2 years ago, and had an amazing experience and loved my lashes every time. I have recommended a lot of people here. But this past year my usual lady I went to left, and every time I went in with a fill with a new person (including a master last artist) it was never how I liked it. It seemed like they have focused more on just getting done in time, instead of actually finishing a full fill. And I always came 2 weeks in between to get fills, so it wasn't like I was waiting a month before a fill and not having any lashes. It is just disappointing to see how it has changed, will not be back. read more

Seriously the most awful and expensive set of lashes I have paid for! They say you get what you pay for but 160 was not worth anything I received! I honestly look like I have spider legs coming out of my eyes! It took her two hours and on top of that my lashes are not even full! I look like I have 15 lashes that are extremely long on my eyes. I'm so disappointed with the work! I didn't even want to leave my house! I will not be returning here ever! read more

I've NEVER been treated so horribly!! The customer service/receptionist was the worst I've ever experienced . From the time I was greeted until I left. It was enough to never want to step foot in there again. And regardless of the lash quality..which didn't look that great, I wouldn't pay to be treated so rudely as a paying client. Plus they raised their prices. Just rude people. read more

Do not go here! The first time I went I had never been treated so horribly. They lack customer service completely. The girl who did my lashes was extremely rude. During my appointment she got up to talk and give money to someone to get her lunch while I sat there with my eyes shut for a good ten minutes. Very unprofessional. I decided to give them a second chance but the next girl was also extremely rude, and did a terrible job. She glued multiple lashes together and they looked so fake, even though I explained I was wanting a shorter natural look. The prices are way over priced especially since their product is cheap and crappy. Speaking from someone who is in the aesthetic industry, spend your time and money else where! I will definitely never go back. read more

I went to this lovely place today to get my lashes done! i was a little hesitant to get them done before because I was afraid of my lashes and eyes being uncomfortable (my eyes and lashes are super sensitive) and I have gone through a whole change of heart after today. I LOVED the experience completely! Every moment was wonderful from the second I called to book and the moment I actually stepped out. The salon is brightly light, there's a very cool and relaxing vibe and all the girls are super sweet. I had taylor do my lashes and it was so nice! These lovely ladies have been doing my lashes for almost two years. The aestheticians at Utah Lash and Day Spa are specifically trained to do your lashes correctly so that they last and preserve the health of your natural lashes. I always get compliments on how good my lashes look and they last so long. I would never go anywhere else. When I met maddie my lashes were in BAD shape. Over the last few months she has made them look better than they ever have. The volume lashes are so Light weight they do not come close to damaging my lashes like the ones I previously had. She also provided me with a growth serum that has helped my natural lashes rejuvenate and become healthier than ever.
