I've been using lash bombs glue for a year now and I have no complaints. However I've been wanting for 30 min for them to open. I had a client at 9:30 but had to push her back since they haven't opened. I called lashbomb in Arizona and they kept saying 5-10min the person would be here to open. Still nobody. They need to fire whoever is opening because they're obviously not responsible. I will no longer be coming back here. read more

I am not happy with my volume lashes that I have purchased, I will never buy these again and I recommend everyone to stay away from their volumes. I tried the j lash curls and those weren't bad. I just purchased their glue also, dries fast, so good so far. Waiting to see how long it lasts. But do not for the love of god buy any volumes from them!!!! read more

Do NOT get your lashes done here!!! I got my first set done here 4 weeks ago. Classic, nothing great, but they at least stayed in. I made a follow up appointment for 2 weeks later, but when I got there I was told that the tech I made an appt with(?) no longer worked there. I was given an appt 3 days later with a discount. For that, I had to take time off work, but things happen, or so I thought. When I got there, they told me they were having problems with their card machine, and my card was not working properly. I called my husband and asked if he would bring money, and though he said he would, they wanted payment beforehand so the receptionist could leave. I asked where the nearest ATM was. Long story short, I was told that it was across State street in 5 o'clock rush hour traffic, and that any time it took me would cut into my appt. I got the money (no card issue!?!) and was taken back. By this time, it was 5:26. She didn't tape my bottom lashes at all, and spent 20 minutes total on my appointment. My upper and lower lashes were glued together and lashes looked terrible. Then she told me I needed to come back in less than a week or pay for a new set since she was only able to put a "few fans in". I asked what that meant, and she said I was only at about 40% when I went in and she didn't get anymore in than that and that they are just going to fall out anyway. I saw one lash by the outer corner of my eye just hanging, and most of one eye have fallen out, but not the other after only 3 days???. And this, using their products to clean and condition -and fills as they recommended. So I not only lost time at work, inconvenienced my husband but look lopsided and was completely stressed for a missed appt and their negligence, but just by the whole experience here, with burning eyes to boot. AND, my husband was there when I walked out, ready to pay. Don't waste the time or effort on them as I have. Quality completely stinks and customer service is deplorable. Now looking for a new place, this was horrendous. Their management needs to do something about this unless they're just up selling. Do yourself a favor, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! read more

Some of the kindest people I've ever met work here. My wife had an emergency. She glued her eyes shut with salon grade lash glue. (She will kill me for posting this.) We tried EVERYTHING at home to get if off. Literally every YouTube video, every beauty blog on "how to remove lash glue" Nothing would work. We were desperate. We even thought about to going to the ER. We decided to stop at Lash Bomb first. As soon as we got there, they rushed her in and got to work. They had so much going on but they dropped everything to help us. This was not an easy process. This was literally surgery. Eyelash surgery. The owner is a doctor. She has skills! She performed a very successful eyelash surgery today. I can't thank them enough or recommend them enough. Very talented and industry-wise staff.
