The technician seemed friendly and thorough, but I realized afterward that there had been a lot of gaslighting going on. They make the client have to diagnose the "before" and "after" shades rather than having that professionally diagnosed. It was far too arbitrary, and it seems like they just want it on record with more "optimistic" results so they can claim that there was progress. (All while gaslighting you about "how much better it looks" and "what a difference!" so you feel like you have to pick a lighter shade in the end.) At the payment counter, they claimed that the iPad "lost" my photos. I was then texted the photos an hour later. There was absolutely no difference in the photos, so I now believe that the technician didn't want to show me the photos before I had paid. The company claims that they lightened my teeth "11 shades," but there was literally no difference in the before and after. I almost thought they were the same photo for a second until I noticed the little details that were different, like some lighting. Even comparing the teeth that were treated with the ones nearby that weren't, they are the exact same shade. That was a very expensive appointment considering the teeth don't look any different. And the upsell was too much. Why would I pay $1,000 for future appts when I can't tell a difference after the first one? I didn't realize he was signing me up for Affirm until it was almost completed (he just said he was "doing something to help you out"), and then I felt like I had to go along. I'm pretty annoyed and disappointed. My friend who referred me and had good results is also discouraged by my results and the upsell and is questioning these services now. The company has had a month and has ignored my emails and never reached out to leave voicemails either. So unimpressed with their customer service. Not worth it!

And boy would you be wrong. What they didn't tell you is that the cost and billing for services WILL change for you, and that $90 service will now be 10x or more. Stay away from this place. I got many recommendations for this dental office and figured I'd give them a try. I asked to be scheduled with Dr. Gordon since a family member said he was the best. To my surprise at my appointment I received a different dentist, I don't remember which one it was but he did just fine. I also got another different dentist for my filling the last time I went who was also good. They did my filling in about 30 minutes and offer laughing gas for $15. Their numbing agent worked quickly and wore off within two hours or so which I really liked since I hate half of my face being numb all day long. You are required to wear a mask going into their office then once you are in your chair you can remove it. All the staff is very friendly.
