I have been getting my lashes done by Savlin for a couple of years now. I'm not much for writing reviews but I really feel like Savlin deserves some props for how amazing a person she is and also how superb her work is. First of all, she's so accommodating and makes such an effort to adjust her schedule when she is able. She works from home and the room is set up so nice and feels so peaceful - with aroma therapy and relaxing music. I have to fight to not fall asleep! Her technique for eyelashes beats every other place I've been to. I can go for four weeks before getting a refill and still get compliments on my beautiful lashes. I don't know what she does differently but it really works. She listened to what I wanted ... natural looking ... a mix of black and brown ... not too long - and it looks perfect. I have been going to Savlin for the past year after going to so many of the knock offs only to end up with what looked like an umbrella over my eyelids and I must say that she is very skilled at what she does and I am always a satisfied customer when I leave. My lashes look natural and I am constantly complemented on how great they look. My best friend of 5 years had been going to Savlin and I never knew her lashes where not real. Some best friend. Savlins eyelashes are amazing! I started getting my lashes done when I found a groupon through a salon...they totally messed up my lashes. My actual real lashes started to break and they were heavy. I went to another salon and the lashes were very thin and I constantly had to brush them straight. I was ready to give up on them and then I found Savlin. She works from her home which I don't mind at all, may even be better since you don't have to wait etc and she can work with you setting up a time that works for your schedule. She takes her time and is very thorough. Its relaxing in the chair she has set up. I actually fell asleep before. My eyes did not burn during or after and I couldn't tell I had them on. I was one of Savlin's (Lin's) first clients, starting 5 years ago. Even the first time she applied my extensions, they looked great. She has evolved to become the best in the industry. I am thrilled with Savin Lashes. I am 65+ years old and my lashes had gotten thin and shorter as I have aged. I was nervous about getting extensions because I wanted a natural look; not like I was a Kardashian relative! Savin understood completely and knew exactly the look I wanted. She works out of her home which does not bother me at all. She has a studio with a wonderful comfy chair and soothing music. I almost fell asleep while she carefully worked on my lashes. Couple years ago a friend suggested I try lash extension with Savlin after I was in love with hers. I was a bit apprehensive. I found my way to Savlin after I noticed a teammate come to practice with such full, amazing lashes. She is so reasonably priced compared to salons in the area and the final product is worth so much more than you pay. She uses quality mink material and applies each piece so carefully and precisely. This was my first time ever getting lash extensions, so I had all kinds of questions and was pretty nervous. I am visiting from Australia and have been getting 2D-4D volume eyelash extensions for 2 years. I was really nervous about getting them done in the US as I've had some bad experiences in the past. Fit me in for emergency lashes 2 days before my wedding. Was worried eyes would be red or swollen due to past experiences where I've had bad reactions to the glue, but minimal redness cleared up before my wedding day. I got mink extensions which are lighter than regular lashes and I love them, you cannot even feel them. Application took about 2.5 hours because Savlin is meticulous. I came to Savlin after trying a few different places in northern VA. Savlin has been the best by far. Her work is SO good.
